Anyone here eat black garlic as a supplement?
I know that some people use it in Korea and Japan. Any of you ever used it or know of any reason to not use it? I never saw it in pill form, but instead as actual garlic that you peel.

Black garlic, just like black sesame seeds, is really good for you. High antioxidant. I'm pretty sure if you mixed it with some ginger, you would live for a long time.

These black foods are more potent for some reason, and their health benefits are also more effective.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the soil properties. More mineral concentration, different color, more maturing. Now compare the black garlic/sesame seed properties to the original, it will blow your mind.

I believe the black garlic is black because of of the fermentation process, not because black garlic is naturally occurring or anything.

Yeah, I was trying to fit in black sesame seeds as well. I had to add 'more mature' because black sesame seeds don't need fermentation, and are naturally occurring.

Can you revise your nonsense above then? Black sesame has nothing to do with soil, it is just a different variety of sesame.
