You know what I think is a total f-ing waste of time? Dating, Day2s/3s/.../x's and text "game". ONE CAVEAT: It's useless unless she's the one initiating it and chasing you, OR if you have unbridled certainty that she wants the D but isn't man enough to chase it so your "text game" is basically time&place and nothing else.

What I don't get but see all the time (I was guilty of it too) is dudes talking to chicks they find hot and they think they got a ton of game. So they lay it on these chicks thicker than a jumbo fucking icecream sandwich. Routines are flying, opinion openers, disqualifiers, re-qualifiers, ex-boyfriend destroyers, twirls and spins. Or maybe they go direct and are assertive enough to get the number.

They keep doing it till they get lets say 3 numbers that weekend. Then they start the texting BS. And then the radio-silence starts pouring in. But "that's okay cause I got re-initiation game". Then the flakes start pouring in. And even if they don't flake, they might've been texting the same skank for weeks until they FINALLY get a kiss on the day2, some petting on the day3 and then MAYBE get some action on the day4. All of this contingent on not making mistakes and hoping her pussy doesn't get fucked hard the night before by a bro actually out there macking instead of chasing rabbits and building expectations.

How much time did you waste thinking of the perfect line to say and the correct methodology to figure out the optimal amount of time to wait before responding to her text message shit test. And this for multiple girls who are all shit testing the fuck out of the super alpha man image you painted of yourself when you met them. How many nights did you lose on your day2s/3s/4s when you could have potentially fucked three different chicks? How did you feel about the radio silence and flake when you thought you ALMOST had it in the bag after that day4 where you told her that story of you saving a puppy? And then you suddenly remember you've been gaming this girl for fucking 6 weeks and you didn't even realize how attached you've become to the outcome, and to her!

You're home on a Thursday thinking about this shit or out on a date hoping for the best while bros are out there finding the pussy that wants to be fucked that same night with the least amount of effort. And even if that bro doesn't get tail, he still gamed and had a good fun night while you are building expectations and getting frustrated at your share of flakes and "if only I had said this instead of that" and "did I do the right thing". And honestly, who wants to go on dates with a girl just to fuck her once or twice and probably never see them again cause they want a relationship or you want to move on to more variety. I'm basically bored on dates, i don't even want to get to know them.

You got a date "planned" on Saturday so your motivation falters on your Friday night game and then the bitch flakes and your state is ruined on the Saturday night. Congratulations! You just wasted your weekend.

And this goes double for internet gaming in my opinion.

What I do is I give my number away if it's clear she wants me but not that night for whatever reason. I then immediately forget about her as I continue to ride my train over to the next stations where chicks are. If I hear from her again: she is no longer a prospect, she's a SALE. No fucking around, this girl is 3 drinks away from my dick and both of us know it.

I disagree with this getting moved to the newbie forum, this is top level stuff in my opinion. I've been in the community for 10 years (since I was 17), it was a sticking point for me and I've seen a lot of good guys chasing the rabbit, it happens to me too once in a while and I need to remember what the priorities are.
