So these last years I've been swallowing the redpill and look back and ponder on how women have affected my life. They've done considerable emotional damage to the point to even being around them makes me kind of sick. I have sex and I'm out the door. I can't stand to be around them for more than an hour. Now, initially I thought this behavior was 'alpha' but is it?

I think it is beta to just hate them or am I being too hard on myself, or maybe I'm just playing the victim.

It is beta.. For a lack of a better word.

When you improve your game and your value as a man, you will see the best that women have to offer and you won't hate them.

Plus make sure you aren't limiting yourself to sluts that put out the same night. Maybe try and find a sweetheart, wait 4 dates for sex and try to enjoy being with a good girl for a while.

Agree, but as an aside, the more time you spend on the Internet, the more resentment grows against them. The internet brings out the worst in women, both in expose, and in their behavior.


If you find yourself falling into the trap that women are evil, and it is an easy one to fall into, repeat to yourself that women are women, and go out and spit some game.

RudeBoy I understand where you are coming from from personal experience and was able to climb myself out of it. To answer your question hating women isnt beta or alpha, but it is beta when you dont try to find a solution to it. My early college years not only was I bad with women game wise I also had a stormy relationship with my mom. She tried to micro manage my college career and I got so tired of it I went into lots of debt and just paid for college myself without her help. These events, being dateless and fighting with my mom constantly made me despise women to the point where I was rude to them for the hell of it and treated them like my enemy.

The turning point was when I made a couple of female friends who basically put up with my bitching and offered to help me (one of which helped me to lose my virginity.) I understand you have already been laid so lack of female attention isn't the issue. Try to find women that will inspire and encourage you. Whatever hobby you enjoy, try to find a woman who does it and do it often with her as a friend (and a potential wing girl). I know it sounds corny but you need to mind fuck yourself by being around women that have a positive influence on your life so you won't harbor hatred towards them which does nothing but eat you up and distracts you from doing other things. Second of all, DO NOT take their shit (if you do). Let them know their bad behavior is unacceptable and you'll come away knowing that your boundary has been enforced and more women will like and respect you for that. My mom and I get along great now; only because I had the stones to join the military against her wishes and made a life independent of her.

I see what you guys are saying. Thanks for the insight. But what worries me is that it grows with time. I haven't been able to establish a positive relationship with any woman besides my mother. I am emotionally unable to. I can't even control it.

I understand fully that women will just be women, but it's very hard to accept that by acting beta, just slipping up for a moment, could lead to a woman ruining your life. While I was in bootcamp, my brother broke up with his girl and sent me a letter telling me so. Months later he almost dies in a car crash and his ex decides that is an excuse for him to comeback into his life. She found out that he had been with someone else AFTER they broke up and she went and slashed his tires on the wreck of his car where it was being held at the time.
Family:
The REAL truth was that my brother was not alpha enough and put her in her place when he needed to. But he was in a bed recovering from an accident. No empathy at all. I still haven't recovered from that and other instances as well.
Work:
In the military they get special treatment. They get leadership positions and some of them have used these positions to fuck me over again and again. If it weren't for my charisma and my work ethic, I'd be in bad place. They've used their power to embarass me. Hell we had a E-8 as a class director while we were in training and she had never been to sea. I heard she got pregnant at the right times.

The list goes on. Maybe I just need time. Well, at least I'm getting laid. My disdain for them is getting in the way of my game which worries me.

I don't hate them, they are just very sociopathic and it is truly rare to find one that understands concepts like loyalty and honour.

When you deal with women, you must learn to remain in control and not have your time and resources pimped. It's very easy to be burned by a woman otherwise.

Edit: I think, however, that it's very useful to be aware of the things about women that you hate. That way you can work on finding a women who minimizes those traits, and you can also think about how you can work with or around them, or you might even change your mindset and end up liking some traits you didn't enjoy before.

I hear where your coming from rudeBoy. And as others have said, it's not beta to feel the way you do. Beta is not using your gifts to alter your current circumstances, be they physical, mental or otherwise.

What is definitely NOT beta is having the fortitude & self awareness to admit to yourself (& then this forum of strangers) that you do indeed, hate women right now.

I know exactly how you feel. One of the hardest parts of 'unplugging' is making that admission to yourself, but what you're feeling is perfectly natural & if there wasn't some hate involved a personality disorder would be covering it up somehow.

I too struggled with a couple of years of absolute disdain for the opposite sex. Disdain that would turn into 'on-the-spot' hatred if the women I were around at any given time validated that disdain. I was also acutely aware however, that it was an irrational thought process that I was experiencing & I think you do also, hence your actually asking the question at RvF. I knew that hating women as a gender was ridiculous & basically just denial. But it was ever present for quite a long time.

I would say that in my mid 30's that I could look back on my life & count the women I truly respect on one hand. ONE hand. I'd need at least 5 hands to count the guys I feel the same way about. I have no respect for my mother other than a self imposed guilt based respect for the 'woman who gave birth to me'. She's a fucking idiot & creates drama wherever she goes. My sister is an entitled cunt & is celebrated for it. But I have known a few well that have demonstrated attributes that I do have respect for & for that reason I can't & won't just write them off as imbeciles en masse. It is also a reason to believe that it doesn't have to be the way it currently feels to you.

Defining yourself in a binary fashion as alpha / beta won't help either, and will be more a hinderance to your unplugging than help. Feel the pain, the anger, the rage & deal with it as best you can without projecting it onto others. Easier said than done, I know. If you can, know that you won't always feel this way either.

You can & always will be able to control it. Not to actually try is the definition of beta.

As I said before, you can control it. I know you can't right now & it feels like it's not gonna happen but the more you understand yourself, the more able you are to attract the women into your sphere that understand & want to know more about you. You need to work on yourself, your personal brand & once confident in that as only you can be you won't need a preprepared sales pitch or even a pre-detemined outcome. She sounds like a right cunt. But "acting beta, just slipping up for a moment, could lead to a woman ruining your life" is simplifying it somewhat. Sure on the surface it happens, but we dissect these sorts of situations here on RVF all the time & while there is futility in some regards, we know we can do only what's within our control. It's within your control to act the way that you act at any time etc. So you control the potential for women (or anyone) to ruin your life.

Never served, however every job I have been fired or chased from has been at the hands of an overly ambitious, small minded female. And there's a few good stories there. The level of female bullshit a guy has to deal with at work these days is ridiculous. All I can advise is to try & minimise it. They fuck shit up on every level at work & it's just stress that you don't need. The biggest reason to go back to my trade (after the $$) recently was that I would no longer have to deal with female employees &/or management. And work has gone from something I dreaded to absolutely pleasurable.

It should be if you're unplugging right, & don't worry you will compensate for this as you already are aware of it. Make some kind of commitment to yourself to not end up a MGTOW omega, find some female friends/bangs that have qualities you respect (this requires self knowledge etc) & allow yourself to feel good in their company.

It's an ongoing struggle. I have a friend who is a painful SJW government employee who operates in drone mode. I don't waste my emotions and my life with hate. With hate you give other people power about you and it also rise your negative emotions.

I believe in the idea that you attract what you spread out. Even when I was not game aware I never had extreme bad experiences with women. So when you have negative emotions inside you and even deal quite well with women - I think you will attract a certain type of women that proof your inner mindset right. If its a negative mindset then you get those people.

I am taking steps in controlling my anger and complete hate of women. I work out regularly, invest time in my hobbies, read, and spend time with good people.

One thing that's hindering my progress is social media, or just media in general. Every movie I see, every FB post, every pic on IG, just ignites the hate again and I get disgusted. I see these poor bastards go from liking a hoe's pics in 2007 to going out of their way to make a meme on her comment section telling how perfect she is.

I spend hours in the gym, hours playing my piano, hours working to become financially stable, to the point of obsession and yet I fuck a girl 2 or 3 times and she thinks she is entitled to a relationship with me. It is a toxic mindset that you need to get rid off. Even carousel riding girls are just reacting to the social circumstances and there can be great fund and intimacy found in those interactions.

Charleston was my stompin ground for a few years, good opportunities can be found in the city and foley beach if you time it right. I used to hang out and fish on the pier and talk to girls who wandered up.

I think it's a good practice to train hate out of yourself in general. Anything that elicits such a strong emotion is something that controls you. Like anything, it can be overcome.

Edit: And if Facebook pisses you off, get the fuck off of Facebook. I did it. I stayed for a long time because I kept thinking there were benefits to it. There aren't. I'm incredibly more happy without it.
