French travel guidelines:

That’s the advice being doled out by the French government to its citizens visiting America. Along with warnings about slower speed limits, higher drinking ages and hurricanes in Texas, the French foreign ministry adds a note of warning against being too “Latin.”

“It’s recommended to adopt a reserved attitude toward those of the opposite sex,” it says. “Comments, behavior, and jokes, which might be harmless in Latin countries, can lead to criminal cases,” the ministry’s website says.

Reinforcing French views of American prudishness, the website notes that even minors can be accused of sexual harassment, and asks that children use toilets reserved for their sex in the U.S.

It used to be the right that hated talk about sex. Now it's the left that's "reinforcing French views of American prudishness." Even the French government is noticing.

The most bothersome thing is how many non USA citizens, who have never been to USA have in them this view that USA is this paradise where everyone can start over and make their own destiny.

This might be true financial wise, but when I tell people that USA is bad for men and you have to be careful what you say around and about women many people display overt or cover disbelief and consider me some whack conspiratorial or something.

I am glad France got this on official level. Not that they are less feminist, but they definitely are less militant about their feminism.

Also French just love to badmouth Americans like almost everybody else but they have a special love for that.

Can someone explain the latin thing? Do french consider themselves to be latin? Also, do the french not have toilets designated by sex? I spent a week in Paris and I don't recall any unisex bathrooms.

French is a Romance language, thus derived from Latin - same as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and, Romanian. They're European Latin people, in that regard. Culturally France is closer to places like Italy than it is to Northern Europe/Scandinavia. Nice food, passionate people, romance etc.

I just spent a week with about 12 American women all day every day. It sucked. We had Ms. Blue Hair, Ms. Shaved Head, assorted old fat ugly bitches... I cannot imagine L.A. being an improvement on Scandinavia or Finland. In what metrics is L.A. ahead of Finland? Same stupid feminist nonsense, but Finland has less crime, obesity, poverty, etc.

Depends on what part of L.A.

Santa Monica is full of hot women on the beaches.

Downtown has a lot of fatties(it seems like every time I go downtown, I see a lot of fatties). As for crime and poverty, at night is when the problems happen.

I've never been to Scandinavia so I can't compare, but the women that come here from the Sweden, Norway, Swiss areas tend to be tall and beautiful and have a cute accent.
