I have the same problem. Well sorta.

There is a chick that really likes me. She's an 8 in the face, almost like a doll, but is flat as fuck, literally no ass. I'm an ass man so that's a problem haha.

Easy - fuck her but don't date her. She asked for your number so she sounds eager to please. If you are on the fence about whether or not you are attracted to her then you will 100% lose interest quickly - but good for a romp or two for sure.

I feel good about those times when I can get with a chick with a cute face.

That being said, I think trading some facial attractiveness for a great body pays dividends over time. I dated a chick who was fit and had pretty big tits, real average face though. If you're dating a girl, you're going to be spending a lot of time smashing out. I'm big into fitness and athletics and fit girls get me going. I also like to be able to pick her up and throw her around a bit I really just can't be banging out a chick over and over if she's flubby.

Obviously you hope you can lock up the total package.

Depends on how "thick" we're talking about here. Facial attractiveness is actually the most important thing for me, so yes, within reason, but it's just something you pretty much need to see for yourself to decide, or rather, have your dick decide.

My call is precisely that - let your dick decide for you.

Probably nothing you want long term though unless some of that weight comes off.

My dick always decides in favor of big-bodied, pretty face girls. Then again, being in the American mid-west, he doesn't get much of a choice!
