Most of the forums that discuss this seem to be sponsored by supplement companies,and suggestions are usually made by supplement company reps.

For anyone who knows what I am talking about:
What are the otc ingredients to look for when coming up with a pct for this SARM or a weak pro-hormone?

Most of the pct/test supplements contain bullshit fillers,and I'm not trying to go all out with clomid/nolva because its not necessary because ostarine supposedly a light SARM.

This is the list i've been able to come up with so far. All this shit has a big maybe next to it though.

-stinging nettle
-saw palmetto
-Quercetin
-trans resveratrol (seems like the best bet)

It is somewhat suppressive. I would rather waste a little money on stuff I might not need instead of possibly lose potential gains that could be kept.

PCT after SARMS is rare.

Did you get bloodwork done before starting SARMS? Did you get bloodwork done now? Are you sure you need PCT?

My friend is really heavily into sarms. As far as I recall it ostarine is the one sarm that doesn't really require a PCT unless you're doing a crazy dose.
