Ukrainian tennis player Sergiy Stakhovsky has reportedly claimed that "almost every other" female tennis player is a lesbian, and that he won’t let his daughter play the sport for that reason.

The world number 49 also claimed that none of the top 100 men in the game are gay, and that he’d know if they were. "You see, on the ATP, we have a normal atmosphere. If there was anything, we’d know about it, because it’s a very closed circle".

"I won’t sacrifice my hand for the whole tour and the new guys, who are just joining, but in the backbone of the top-100 there are definitely no gays".

Stakhovsky also took issue with Martina Navratilova’s comments in March about wanting to see more top-level male players come out.
"She has no clue at all what men’s tennis is" Stakhovsky said.

"On the WTA Tour, almost every other player is a lesbian. Can you imagine — half of them. So I for sure won’t send my daughter to play tennis."

Tennis seems like a sport with a high concentration of beta followers. The guy just killed his career. And I do agree with him that male sports have low rates of homosexuality. The ones who do make it are obvious from the get go and usually terrible at the sport at the professional level (Jason Collins, Michael Sam). Female sports are almost all lesbians. The woman tend to be androgynous and have higher T levels. In basketball, softball, and any spirt that has ball in it's name really heterosexuals are a minority. Volleyball is one of the few where straight woman aren't a minority but there are a ton of bi women.

Well - no surprise there. Butch lesbians rule the female tennis world and now they get heat-breaks.

Still - if my daughter had the talent, then she would not turn lesbian just because 50% of top athletes are. Being in the vicinity of lesbians does not make one a lesbian - it's not a virus or anything.

Would you want your son surrounded by gays in the locker room watching him shower and change even if he was straight? The lesbians in question who'd be aggressively going after your daughter wouldn't be Maria Sharapova or Eugenie Bouchard, but the trannies and disgusting-looking players who I'm prettier than.

Yes but it does make straight girls drop out, which leads to a ratcheting up of dykeness in these sports.

I wouldn't say he killed his career, but he probably killed most of the possible endorsements which he may have been able to get. That is what happened to Jeff Tarango many years ago. He had trouble getting, or couldn't get, endorsements because his actions made him a controversial figure. This guy will still be able to play in tournaments and make money from that.

A talent for tennis is so bloody rare, that it would be a shame as to not to use it.

And if my son were a tall good-looking bloke with model-looks and had the option to either become a model or ballet dancer, then I would say:

"Yes - go fuck those models and ballerinas. I know most of your fellow male dancers/models will be gay, but you will get more quality pussy than most NFL players if you have Game while being surrounded by super-slim pretty girls. Now go my son and train your pirouettes." Heh. In reality you don't have to spend time with them. You see them during work and then go meet the girls with whom you spend most of the time.

Strong heterosexual men are unafraid of gays around them. Heartiste even frequents gay bars in DC to hit on the girls there who go to those places to be "free of those creepy Beta guys". His Game is twice as effective because the girls lower their bitch shields assuming he is gay, while he is in fact a world-renown predator.

I regret not taking Dance over P.E for pretty much the exact same reasons. Only other guys in the class were gay, girls were cute.

There hasn't really been any backlash, but he's not a high-ranked player so no one cares. But I hope at least part of it is that it is just so super obvious feminists don't want to bother setting up the outrage train this time. The Williams sisters, Navratilova herself, Billie Jean King, Kuznitsova, some of the others with Eastern European surnames. Samantha Stosur, Bartoli, Amelia Mauresmo. Look at them, they should be playing the men's tour.
