A guys perception of the beauty of a countries population is a direct reflection of the beauty level of the pool of girls he is able to get.

I firmly believe this accounts for the wildly different reports you hear about different countries.

I dont think the situation is quite as bleak as you depict it, but I take your general point. Competition can be fierce. I myself have travelled to other countries looking for an easier time of it, and will do so again in the future. I dont think there anything wrong with that. But I do think we have a responsibility to be honest and exact about what we are doing and why we are doing it and what the trade-offs are, not only because I admire honesty, especially when its tough on ones ego, but also because it helps us get a clearer sense of what our goals are and how best to achieve them. If you want to get easier decent girls, your best bet is out of England or America. If you want to get the hottest girls (with effort), youre better in the rich countries.

I was merely talking about beauty, style, and femininity. Its quite easy for a foreign tourist to observe and interact (in a limited way) with upper class Ukrainian girls, even if its difficult to bed them (youre right about that), and on these metrics (especially beauty and style, they fare better on femininity) they do not measure up to the better English or American girls.

Having thought on this theory, I have to say that I can't entirely agree with it. I buy some of it (differences in beauty distribution, for example) but not all.

Firstly, as Hooligan Harry already pointed out, those percentages are rather optimistic. Females who are "upper middle class" and above(defined in the US most commonly by a household income of $100,000+) are not 40% of the population. Many sociologists would peg the number at around 15% in the USA. The elite women you're really talking about(once we add the upper-class females into the mix) are probably not much more than 20% of the female population, and even that is probably a little generous.

That number gets lower once you eliminate the grenades among them, which brings me to my second point: these elite women are not all hot. They're thinner than the average American, but that's about it.

I can buy the argument that elite women in the US/UK are as good as women in any other place, but I think its just incorrect to try and claim that they are the world's elite. I go to a school filled with almost nothing but the daughters of this elite (many from NYC, Fairfield County in Connecticut, etc.). The place is nearly ground zero for America's equivalent of the aristocracy. Yet I can tell you that these girls are really not that awesome to look at. OK, but world-beating?

Granted, I am at an Ivy and the hottest of their kind don't usually come here, but I've seen plenty of their hotter friends from the kinds of schools that do attract them (private, small liberal arts schools up here in the Northeast, mostly, with the occasional BC/BU/Duke-type chick). Again, they're hot, but top of the world? Put some of these elite women in Stockholm and they could look almost average. I just can't see these girls outdoing Scandis, and I can honestly say I've seen plenty of non-elite Eastern Euros who I'd put well ahead of most of the elite girls I've seen personally (and, again, I see plenty of them).

At best, they may be even with other elites physically, and that's without talking about the investment needed to get to them and their femininity(or relative lack thereof when stacked up against other nationalities). World beaters they are not.

The 40% rough figure is for Manhattan, not the USA as a whole. Manhattan is a universe unto itself. From what Ive seen, many of the best looking foreign women come to NYC as well, to live or party, creating a concentration of foreign and domestic beauties that is not equalled anywhere else. A similar situation exists in London, although less so, and more hidden.

Another realization Ive come to is that you cannot judge the beauty level of another country based on the country sample you see in NYC because NYC frequently gets the best of said country. I have met more beautiful Ukrainians in NYC than I have even in top end clubs in Ukraine. My experience of New York Ukrainians gave me a completely wrong impression of what to expect in Ukraine. At the end of the day it makes a kind of sense - beauty follows money and power, and that is in the West.

And at the end of the day there is probably some wiggle room for personal taste - maybe a guy who has fond memories of reading Russian literature and has developed an admiration for Russian culture might like the women above and beyond what their looks might merit. Ive seen that. These kinds of things play a larger role perhaps than we men like to admit to ourselves, who are supposed to be motivated solely by looks. And there is nothing wrong with that either - Im just for being aware of what is going on.

CA is spread out and the only way you will see a large concentration of hotties in one place is in a select and exclusive Hollywood club (which are hard to get into). Everywhere you see a sprinkling of hotties. CA doesnt have the *concentration* effect or the ease of accessibility of a brig crowded city like NYC. Upper class Brazillians are hot, though, no argument from me there.

The first two are essentially meaningless. Both of them are very individual, and heavily affected by the cultural environment you grew up in.

For example, I dislike the general American woman dressing/makeup/presentation style (I hate tattoos, for example), so definitely disagree a UK/US chick would have better style than UA/PL/CO chick.
Same with beauty. For a lot of guys here a very skinny blonde with huge fake boobs is beautiful; for me I wouldn't give her a second look. To me all three attributes listed are negative, and combined together they could make a girl 5 instead of 7.

Chicks love dressing up and going to 1920's 1940's nights... Burlesque is quite popular. Anything where you can do a bit of peacocking.
