Two Steps Forward, One Step Back: Feminist Rape Culture Hysteria
Sometimes it seems like people are finally waking up to the Rape Culture hysteria and myths:

1. Accused San Diego Student gets favorable ruling in trial court against unfair sexual assault proceedings at his school.

http://www.cotwa.info/

Quote:In the instant case, a 20-year old male student sought relief in court after a University disciplinary proceeding found him responsible for sexual assault. The court didn't just grant the relief, it made it clear that the male student was treated egregiously by his own university.

Judge Pressman said that the disciplinary panel that decided the male student's case, and the procedures used by the school, were outright "unfair" to the male student. In fact, the Judge used the term "unfair," "unfairly" or "unfairness" seven times in his short opinion to describe the University's treatment of the male student.

2. Discussion of Mainstream Media calling for an end to rape culture hysteria

/thread-34321.html

Unfortunately, the feminist horde will not take small victories against them laying down. If you thought young people could protect themselves from feminist infection by not going to college in the United States. . . think again.

Feminists want to bring their "yes means yes" program to your local public schools as reported in this Washington Post article:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/educ...story.html

Quote:As colleges grapple with the widespread problem of sexual assault, there is a growing consensus that the nation’s schools need to do more to educate young people about sex and relationships before they ever set foot on campus.

Start off with a falsehood. See the framing the Washington Post uses?

A little-noticed measure tucked into the Senate’s 600-page bill to rewrite No Child Left Behind, which passed Thursday, would require the nation’s high schools to begin reporting how they teach students about safe relationships, including what it means to consent to sex and how to avoid sexual violence and coercion. It is one of the ways that advocates, educators and lawmakers are pushing to reexamine what children learn about sex and sexual assault while in public schools.

Here is where it starts, just like the infamous Title IX dear colleague letter.

Many activists see kindergarten to 12th grade (K-12) sex education as a missed opportunity to give young people the information they need not only to defend themselves but also to avoid hurting someone else. But sex is — and always has been — a delicate subject for public schools, and while there is a general agreement that teens should be taught how to avoid sexual assault and harassment, there is no consensus about how best to do that.

Activists can't neglect a profitable resource to mine for victim dollars- namely, children.

The Article would not be complete without a ridiculous statement by a brainwashed woman. . .

Quote:One survivor, a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, said she was raped repeatedly in a long-term relationship but didn’t realize it because she had never learned the concept of consent. She believed that if her partner wanted sex, she had no choice but to comply.

“I grew up in public schools. We had very little to no sex education,” she said. “I honestly believed — and, oh my god, I can’t believe this but I did — I honestly believed that you could hurt a guy if you said no.”

There you have it. How long before we have "proceedings" and "panels" for high school girl "survivors" and male accused students who are expelled and have their lives turned upside down based upon the whims of mercurial teen girls?

It is only going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Satanic preschools in the 1980's -the mid 90's, some people are still in prison over that stuff...

More hysteria and propaganda from the usual sources.

http://www.theguardian.com/society/2015/...e-comments

Quote:Singer Chrissie Hynde has been criticised for saying it can be a woman’s fault if she is raped.

The Pretenders star, 63, said she blamed herself for being forced to perform sexual acts under the threat of violence.

She told the Sunday Times magazine that when she was 21 an Ohio motorcycle gang member promised to take her to a party but instead took her to an empty house, yet she claimed to take “full responsibility” for what happened.

She said: “Technically speaking, however you want to look at it, this was all my doing and I take full responsibility. You can’t f*** about with people, especially people who wear ‘I Heart Rape’ and ‘On Your Knees’ badges ... those motorcycle gangs, that’s what they do.

“You can’t paint yourself into a corner and then say whose brush is this? You have to take responsibility. I mean, I was naive.”

When asked whether the gang took advantage of her vulnerability, she replied: “If you play with fire you get burnt. It’s not any secret, is it?”

Hynde went on to say that women who dress provocatively while walking down the street drunk were also to blame if they were attacked. “If I’m walking around in my underwear and I’m drunk? Who else’s fault can it be?” she said.

“If I’m walking around and I’m very modestly dressed and I’m keeping to myself and someone attacks me, then I’d say that’s his fault. But if I’m being very lairy and putting it about and being provocative, then you are enticing someone who’s already unhinged – don’t do that. Come on! That’s just common sense. You know, if you don’t want to entice a rapist, don’t wear high heels so you can’t run from him.

“If you’re wearing something that says ‘Come and f*** me’, you’d better be good on your feet ... I don’t think I’m saying anything controversial am I?”

Ths singer’s comments were condemned by the head of the charity Victim Support, who said victims should not blame themselves.

Lucy Hastings, the charity’s director, said: “Victims of sexual violence should never feel or be made to feel that they were responsible for the appalling crime they suffered – regardless of circumstances or factors which may have made them particularly vulnerable.

“They should not blame themselves or be blamed for failing to prevent an attack – often they will have been targeted by predatory offenders who are responsible for their actions.

“It is critical that nothing deters victims of sexual violence from coming forward to the police or to independent organisations so they can get the help and support they need.”

Dodgy

The dilution of the definition of rape does more harm for genuine victims than people making honest comments about how it can be avoided.

True end game of feminism: Every straight male on the sex offender registry, and private bath/safe rooms/spaces for everyone else.

[/quote]

It's easy and probably true to say, "She wasn't raped, she's lying because he broke up with her" or whatever. But I want to take a different tack on it: even if she is telling the truth, what she describes is not rape.

Rape is sex that is either nonconsensual, or where consent is obtained by force or threat of force. She consented to the sex, and her consent was not obtained by force or threat of force, therefore she was not raped.

If your belief system is such that you believe you should consent to sex with your boyfriend whenever he wants it, and so you do consent to sex whenever he wants it even if you don't yourself want sex at that moment, you have nonetheless consented to sex. If your belief system changes so that you come to regret those decisions--even if you legitimately feel dirty, used, hurt, whatever--well, those were mistakes you made.

I'm not advocating fucking girls who aren't really into it in marginal situations. I am just pointing out that this person is not describing a crime.

RE: Two Steps Forward, One Step Back: Feminist Rape Culture Hysteria
There will be no resolution of this problem until a larger number of men and mothers (in other words, the normal straight families) fully understand that this is civil war.

1. The false rape hysteria is an attempt, by Feminists, to enact large-scale societal and political oppression. Basically, trying to make straight men, and mothers/wives of straight men, into a powerless, oppressed class, whose money has been appropriated by legal means and whose ability to vote/defend their rights, is blocked by bogus felony convictions.

2. This can only be fought by harsh measures, i.e., straight families have to fight back, no holds barred, the goal being jail time or massive financial ruin for the leaders of the Feminist groups. You either fight for real, or you get fucked and you lose your rights as a citizen.

We need to see the "Feminist McCarthyists" treated as McCarthy was in the 1950s. We need to see them ruined, their organizations smashed and discredited, and their lives destroyed by jail time or large scale public censure. Attack any politicians who supported this movement, and drive them out of office because of their support.

Anything less than the above will fail. Remember, in US politics, if you can demonize a group and take away their money, you can silence them for multiple generations. We have already silenced an entire generation of black men by jailing them on various BS felony charges. Now the push in on to extend that to all men, not just black men.

Once you have been accused of a felony, your political rights are essential gone. You can't vote, get a job, or live in an average city. You are silenced.

Exactly. The feministes are encouraging the increased decline of our civil liberties. Meanwhile, those in the government class will have their privileges.
