Informative Manosphere/Red Pill podcasts for passive listening at work
Over the last couple of weeks at work I've found myself with the opportunity to engage in some lucrative listening. Usually I just listen to some music for distraction as I zone out and get on the the job but it occurred to me that I could instead spend it absorbing some useful information. Unfortunately I'm not too familiar with podcasts and their market appeal, target audience, broadcast content etc.
I was wondering if anyone here could recommend something I might benefit from listening to as I go about my routine at work.
On a technical note (since this isn't a field I'm familiar with) can they be converted into an mp3 format and downloaded for portable listening?

Joe Rogan Experience.
Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast.

I'm sure there's plenty of others I missed, but these two are my favorites. Bill Burr's rants are hilarious.

Here's one of his best:

I've only recently got into Podcasts aswell, these are some red pill shows I have checked out.

The Joe Rogan Experience podcasts are dope. Joe has over 600 episodes up with a range of different guests depending on what you're interested in.

The old Christian Mcqueen Podcast was cool and had guests like Roosh and Giovanny, but I think you have to pay to listen to them now.

The Black Phillip Show by Patrice O'Neal is a classic. Patrice helps guys sort out their women problems. They can be downloaded on torrent sites or using Youtube to mp3.

Not as good as the Black Phillip but still worth listening to some especially the earlier ones.

Beige Phillip Show
