It seems like Roosh's prediction in his fictional story, "The Rise Of The Narcissicoptor" is coming true.

In that story, he mentions that, "If you can invent something which allows a person to think they are important, a superstar on a virtual stage of their making, an electronic wheelbarrow must be bought out to carry off the money you will make"

Periscope is just that and for those of you who don't know what it is basically an app that lets people broadcast themselves via livestream. I've seen people broadcasting themselves on their early morning walks or their commute to work. If you're not broadcasting any content, then you can enter someone's broadcast and leave comments and double tap the screen to give them "hearts" aka social validation.

It's owned and operated by Twitter so expect for it to get bigger in the coming months and years.

This app has somewhat taken off in recent months. I've been using it to follow Cernovich and the others on their Gorilla Journalism missions. It might prove to be Twitters saving grace.

Trend of "Twitter" vs "Periscope":


There's a world map in the app that shows you locations of current live streams and there are always a tonne around Eastern Europe.

Probably 80% of them are girls staring into the camera waiting for likes.

Roosh is definitely onto something with the idea that you can make money out of providing a means for women to get bullk attention with minimal effort and risk to themselves.

From what I can see, you can't DM people on Periscope. Periscope game would be online game set to hard mode.

Periscope should put a tip button on the screen to legitimize these cam girls.

Periscope is a great tool. Too bad so many people can't think of anything better than filming themselves doing nothing but going on about their day.
