From what I see at the gym, a majority of the guys seem to solely focus on upper body. Leg day once a week. They work hard almost daily on upper body. Now we all agree filling up a nice tailored shirt looks great. But filling up a tailored pair of pants to match? Don't think women don't notice.

Waste of time. Calf size is mainly due to genetics.
If only you knew how bad things really are.
