Hey everybody.
After setting my mind on moving to BH, I had a look at Porto Alegre and holy **** big tits everywhere.
So now I hesitate again ... (I'm pipelining via Tinder for a long stay)
The girls in BH are way more responsive than the one in POA. I could just text a girl and get a response quasi instantly compare to POA where it's after 40 minutes for a 3 words answers.
Getting numbers in BH is like ordering Chinese Takeaway, on the other side POA girls act like Colombian girls, really distant. (that's my experience so far for online gaming).
I do prefer POA girls in fact...

First dumb question that comes to my mind, is it harder? I'm really into cold approach (both day and night) but willing to take the time to build a social circle if it's worth it (like Brasil).
Second question, are those tits real?? I heard that Medelin is surgery land, I hope that POA isn't.

One last thing that I noticed is that brasilian girls would answer quickly to a question or laugh to my awesome stories but if I don't do anything, well ... they wouldn't initiate a subject, it's like I'm punching a sexy dummy with words.

I've been in both places.

BH has more friendly girls and are a easy shag. Porto Alegre has prettier ones. Most of the nice chicks you see from Brazil are from there. HUGE concentration of 8's to 10's. When I was there I didn't knew about Tinder so I cannot give you advice on that.

I advise you to make a few male friends who can present girls. Guys are friendly and girls love foreigners. Girls care too much about their reputation so you won't be able to make out with them as fast as you would like, specially in front of friends. Talk to them, take their number (whatsapp) and next day ask her out for a drink in a place she chooses (she'll choose a place she knows her friends won't be around). If you're going to pick her up, go with an Uber to impress. In the date, you can talk to her, make out and take her to your place. Look for nearby motels before going out in case your place is far from the place.

Another recommendation is to visit "Gruta Azul".

As for surgery land, it's not like Colombia. They have natural big tits. Some have silicone obviously. Thankfully, not the majority.

well, numbers are not that hard to get in Brazil via Tinder, but you are about to step on some of the greatest spots on earth, so, here are some (hope to be) useful tips:
- Porto Alegre is great if you are foreigner. During the world cup, aussies, dutches and germans WERE FUCKING HUNTED DOWN by gauchas. Heard lots of stories about the world cup. Lads did well over there.
- BH is a great, friendly place. If you go by yourself, you will find wingmans easily. Also, it is easy to make friends over there. Once I traveled by myself and I was going to a party, and I went alone, waited in line before getting into the club and, I started talking with the peple in the line and when I got in, almost everyone was my friend. Was kinda funny. When I got in, some lads introduced me to some woman and, well, I felt very confortable in that place.
Also, this woman I met that night, we just made out that night but got no sex. Two weeks later, it was a holiday in Brazil and she invited me to go back to BH and stay in her place. I got a bus, and she went to pick me up in the morning, when I got home, she already left the breakfast ready on the table for us, well, and it was an awesome weekend. She even brought me to some cities around BH. The experience was great.
- Brazil is full of motels, in other words, sex hotels. In both places, if you make out and things escalate quick, you can just ask "hey, let's go to a better place?" and you can just pick a cab and enjoy the night until the next morning with her
- The levels of both places are pretty much the same, but I found mineiras friendlier than gauchas.

As the lad said, Gruta Azul is wonderful. You should see by yourself.

Last tip: for the highest level, you can go to a high end sertanejo place. In BH, Woods has basically just models, the same in POA AFAIK (never been to Woods in POA).

I'm a foreigner but not white, more Brazilian looking but with my French accent it's kinda obvious that I'm not from Brazil.
Letting a girl pick the place for the date, that's fucking diamond!
So yea as I thought POA looks harder but with better quality ...
All the girls I get on Tinder are really average in BH .

In fact your thread gave me a worst problem now, finding good lodging for long term (3-6 months) for cheap...
I thought about airbnb for the beginning then after find something but http://www.aluguetemporada.com.br seems to cost a lot compared to other websites where you have to stay for a year ...

I have stayed 4 months in each city last year, first BH and then POA.

About the mineiras : I had a really great time with them, they are just really friendly and sweet. And if they like you, they will go the extra mile to please you and are making it easy for you to seduce them.

On the contrary, gauchas are much colder and are making it harder for you. I always had to do all the work with them without any guarantee that it will go somewhere.
I found that having status, being super alpha and asshole game is the best way to go with them. Also being black will help a lot, being blond with blue eyes is not a novelty at all in that part of Brazil.
Unfortunately I was neither of that in POA, I think that explained why I didn't have a great time with the ladies there.

So to sum up, if you are a decent white guy who is not a clown or an asshole and with average to above average look and you like friendly girls, you will have a great time in BH.
And if you are more of the asshole and manipulative type, or black, POA will be perfect for you.

I've never been to POA, but I think I can answer your question. POA has little to no Afro-Brasilians. Also, American hip-hop is very popular in Southern Brasil, particularly.

I asked specifically because I am black and have been to southern Brazil. Not Porto Alegre but the other big city in the south, Florianopolis. Yeah brothas are rare there compared to Rio but I still saw plenty everyday, its still a part of Brazil its not like its the Ukraine or China.

I saw no black advantage, girls weren't throwing themselves at these guys if anything I would lean slighly in the opposite direction. I didn't hear any American hip hop music either. The black exotic factor the poster Blueberry spoke of seems way overstated. But if any one has hands-on experience otherwise Im all ears.

I wouldn't say asshole game works that well in POA as a foreigner. Being aggressive will surely help though. The most popular area for bars is Moinhos de Vento in POA. Is it possible to pull there? Yeah...I just think Cidade Baixa is a better area for bars at cheaper prices with no drop in quality of women either. A lot of out of towner guys (some Brazilian while others foreigner) will go to Moinhos de Vento so it's a bit harder to stick out in a positive way....foreigners however do not go to Cidade Baixa. I freaking ate at a restaurant without any intention to game and next thing you know had a gal from the restaurant relaxing on my bed one hour later.....

I'm not going to say being a black foreigner is automatically going to make the panties drop in Porto Alegre. As a guy who is living in the south of Brazil right now however, I see A LOT of white chicks with black or darker complexion guys (darker Latinos) in BOTH Porto Alegre & Curitiba. These are however native Portuguese speakers with knowledge of Brazilian culture, social situations, etc.

Back in my US city, the southern Brazilian chicks I know dated or married darker complexion dudes whereas the Northeast Brazilian chicks all gravitate towards financially stable old white guys. There was even a French black dude who brought back a Gaucha with him...but then they broke up because he started shagging younger chicks on the side (particularly Latinas), lol.

Coming from an East Asian guy, I'd say Gauchas are going to be much more open-minded about dating an Asian with FOB tendencies. An Asian guy with good westernized social skills could do even better than that. Belo Horizonte is also a good place because they have that exotic value stemming from lack of Asians there too.

In Curitiba, Asian guys do well in the city but they are mainly local with social circles. Supposedly in Maringa/Londrina, they do even better. The other city with the large Japanese influence in Brazil is São Paulo but Asian guys have it much rougher there. I see Asian guys date outside their race exponentially more in Paraná than in São Paulo city...though I think it might be due to lack of game in Sampa. Asians within the interior of São Paulo state typically fare better & possess better social skills.

Just thought I'd stick up for Porto Alegre in this regards because I speak Portuguese fluently, know a lot of Brazilians in my US city, have traveled a bit, and well...am living in the south of Brazil right now. A Gaucha is going to be much more open-minded than say a white Carioca Rio de Janeiro gal who is oober politically correct yet will only date a blonde or Mediterranean type white guy.

People in Santa Catarina are friendly..but a bit isolated..especially Florianópolis where sprawl is a huge killer there. There's a lot of single women because it's so sprawled out with less interaction there. Chicks in relationships stay in the same ones it seems like forever too.

I think a stylish well-dressed black guy who speaks Portuguese fluently and actually understands Brazilian culture would do exponentially better in a more densely packed cosmopolitan city like Porto Alegre or Curitiba (cold people) however.

Curitiba = 3 Million people in the Metro Area and densely packed
Porto Alegre = 5 Million in the Metro Area and densely packed
Florianópolis = 700K people in a sprawled out car centric city

I wonder which city is the lower percentage play with regards to human interaction....

Brosemite, both Porto Alegre and Belo Horizonte have high quality, but are places where you wont get laid regularly, unless you have social circle and decent Portuguese.

^^ I think we can both agree that places like Belo, POA, cities in the Ukraine, and Colombia are typically best suited for higher quality mini-relationships opposed to pure high notch counts in limited stays. My analysis is based on that....since both categories are discussed at great length on this forum whether it be high notch count locales and/or mini-relationship ones.

I'm French and was hosting a french speaking meeting, I've met an african there and he was apparently doing good because he was black. A white brazilian girl next to us jumped on the conversation and eagerly told us that she had jungle fever while younger, all that while his (white) boyfriend was sitting next to her...
So it seems to me that middle class and even rich white girls want to try black guys to have fun while young. But I can't say if it's a niche or the majority.
Being a foreigner and educated will help a lot while still having that swag that they want.

I agree meeting women especially for ONS in Brazil is more difficult then most pollsters let on and makes me doubt the validity of some these comments. Here is my take after one month Rio Grande Do Sul:
1. Portuguese is essential if you can't hold a decent conversation then try Rio De Janeiro instead because I rarely met women who spoke even basic english.
2. Yes the women are more attractive then US women but so are the men and yes quite a few of them have decent game as well.
3. However the City I stayed in ( Tramandai ) had few tourists other then Brazilians from other cities once the women realized I was from the USA then I had their interest but not speaking portuguese well was a serious handicap.
4. I doubt Black dudes would have any advantages here if anything being black would hurt your chances because I saw no mixed couples here.
5. USA women on average have larger breasts then Brazilians I saw in Rio Grande Do Sul so I am not sure why men here are bragging about this however hands down the women beat the US when both looks and being thin.
I am returning to Brazil on around October-2015 and staying far longer then a month. My point to all this is Go to Rio De Janeiro if you speak little or no portuguese. As for the style of game the emotional alpha would better in Brazil then the aloof alpha style game more common in the US.

#4 - Was in Gramado recently & did not see any mixed couples. In your case & mine's, it has more to do with less black dudes living in smaller cities. Porto Alegre and Curitiba however have a ton of mixed couples. This is coming from a guy who has been to Brazil quite a bit since 2011, knows Brazilians in the US, speaks Portuguese, and as a result has infiltrated many different Brazilian social circles (here or back at home).

I'm not saying Black dudes with no Portuguese will come down here and absolutely kill it for one night stands in short-term stays. But there is quite a bit of interracial dating with Black guys who speak Portuguese, are acclimated with the culture down here, etc etc.

Disclaimer: once again does not necessarily equate to a Black guy coming down here while absolutely killing it without any Portuguese knowledge, but...if you have read my posts in this thread...I'm just testifying with regards to the dating habits as a guy who is currently living in Southern Brazil right now.

#2/5 - With regards to Brazilian guys in say Minas Gerais or Rio Grande do Sul, let me say this:

Do not....DO NOT EVER pre-game with Brazilian guys. If they suggest it, blow them off & meet them later on. They will drink like crazy and somehow operate at 120% at the next venue.

The slow push & pull technique works well with Brazilian women as it does for other chicks. For the most part though, it's a lot harder to pull it off & operate with that type of patience after pre-gaming with Brazilian guys..they do it very effectively however.

They will also toot your horn & boost your ego about how all the chicks love foreigners, blah blah & then insist you do things their way for the night though doing things their way like a flock of sheep will not help your situation at all.

Excellent point on Brazilian guys. I can attest to this as having spent a lot of time in Brazil. They will sing your praises, but they have an understanding of the social dynamics and venues that we will never have.
