How old is she? One possibility, if she is 29-32 or so, is that she now wants a beta to settle down with. So, ironically, you may not be beta enough.

If you want to keep a young attractive American girl around these days she needs to be in it 80% vs your 20%.

These girls have no ties in early dating. The girl has to develop and become self-aware she is caring more about you to the point she breaks down and asks for an LTR.

There's really no answer sometimes as to what young American women are thinking these days. They'll just go with whatever seems trendy (sheepish) and listen to their weird, scheming girlfriend's advice on dudes. Don't underestimate the power of the social circle with women.

We need more information to thoroughly analyze this such as age, how she knew this SJW beta, recent arguments, strange behaviors, friends, etc...The sparse info you've provided doesn't provide enough for a good evaluation.

There is a pattern in which girls leave you for others guys. You are not keeping it exciting enough for them. Also, you have stated that you are tall, dress well and in shape. You need to work more on your Game. You are relying too much on your look and it is not enough to hook these girls.

There are many reasons why a girl would leave an alpha for a supposedly beta. First thing first, are you sure you have been an alpha this whole time? Answer it with your head, not your ego.

I had a similar situation, but she dumped me because I was cheating with a girl much hotter than her. When she pulled the plug I didnt think twice about why she left me and just got back to gaming.

Personally I know very few cases where a girl "downgrade" her man, but it does happen. Here's what Ive seen:

-Guy was way too alpha and unavailable even well into the relationship. Yes a little abuse/dread game is great, but if you do it constantly it only works with totally fucked up girl. With a girl that is well calibrated, there's only so much you can push before her ego decides that she has taken enough abuse. Then one of her many orbiters jump in, she dumps you. Make no mistake, he's just a rebound guy and she will be on the hunt for alpha dick soon.

-Alpha cheated or avoid commitment when pushed.

-Girl hitting the wall and suddenly realize you aint sticking around.

-You got complacent and got into betazone. LTR by definition = boring, so she will be looking for anything new first chance she get.

All in all I would say its her loss. As you said, you are tall, stylist and buffed. Go out and bang tons of hot girls and maybe even bring one to see her then enjoy the look on her face. The biggest loser in this story is actually the beta who picked up your trash. In my case I almost laughed because I SNL my ex while this new beta guy has been orbiting her for half a year. Poor bastard....

Thats only your ego talking. Ive been there. Its very natural, but just stop thinking about it or it will ruin your mood when you go out. Instead, frame it like this: wish that guy good luck in dealing with all her shitty behavior and picking up a girl you fast laid.

She could have left you for a beta or an alpha or a lesbian. If you really think about it, in the end its no different: she is now someone else's problem, not yours. Chalk it up to the game, brother....Sounds like she may want a beta to cater to her for a while. She may call for a bang soon as she gets bored with dude. If so, hit it hard and fast and show her the door.
