Advising and encouraging to commit suicide is in many states illegal. It goes way beyond an angry "Go fuck yourself and I hope you kill yourself!" This is pure manipulation of a person who was clearly depressed. In most cases it's difficult to prove, but little "honor student" has made it easy for the prosecution.

I fully expect her to get a pussy pass, but at least she won't be very popular. It was probably more of a bullying game to her never caring whether that person actually kills himself or not.

Grief is a value-display for women, especially the public, wailing, sackcloth in ashes variety.

When I was in high school, every now and then a kid would die in a car accident. Just some no name guy who wasn't on the football team or anything. All of a sudden all of the girls at school knew him and they'd have a pep rally or some shit, with all of the girls making up bullshit about how great he was.

They could have staged the death of an invented student named Dick Johnson and I'd guarantee that at least a third of the student body of mostly women would come forward to talk about how great this guy was.

I guess that this just goes to show that (especially in the case of the OP) most women grieve superficially.

What's crazy is sometimes the person who is most dramatic about the loss of a someone knew that person the least. Attention whoring can be very addictive.

While in the end it's your decision it's definitely not something to sneeze at if someone increases your depressive state deliberately. There is a good reason why this is illegal.

There were strange things happening around the time of Cobain's death - him wanting a divorce from his psycho-wife, she having an affair with their male nanny as well as many others. Also the male nanny being at the house when Cobain committed suicide. Interesting that Cobain already drew up a new will cutting out his wife Courtney Love. Of course Cobain was a junkie anyway, so killing someone like that is no difficult feat. Also the first supposed suicide was strange in itself, because Rohypnol was involved and Kurt claimed at the time that he did not want to take his life - just passed out.

But fact is that if Kurt had managed to divorce the psycho bitch "Hole" then no one now would know her name. Women usually use guile and manipulation to achieve their goals. Here you have a girl who coaxed a teenager to suicide for giggles and to get a kick out of it. If you have money and fame as an additional motive, then many more women would go forward with this. How many women have fucked other men just for the lovers to kill their husbands? This is a story as ancient as marriage itself.

This girl will never see the inside of a cell after her initial bail, which has already occurred.

If she is found guilty of anything, which is not at all guaranteed, she will likely receive something like 2 years suspended with token community service.

There's a catty 17 or 18 year old bitch that lives in my current LTR's neighborhood. The two of them know each other, but aren't close at all. When said catty bitch's grandpa died, her way of "remembering" him, was changing all of her Social Media profile photos to a picture of her with him, and then making long, dramatic, drawn-out posts. Of course, in return she got exactly what she wanted: A mountain of attention and offers of support.

Taking things a step further, she sends my LTR a text message notifying her of her grandpa's passing, for whatever reason. The two of them hadn't texted for months, and my girlfriend straight up told me that she didn't give a shit (but of course gave a PR-esque friendly response of support). It's bad enough when you put a dead relative all over Social Media for attention... it's worse when you actively seek out said attention by contacting a myriad of people not close to you.

There is absolutely no sense of respect - and therefore no limit - to what women will use to get attention and gain some sort of value.
