National Action Against Obesity, Is this an ally Roosh?
Roosh had recently created a thread about CampusReform.org and previously the American Enterprise Institute.

Then this got me thinking, why hasn't anyone suggested another fat shamming organization?

The National Action Against Obesity

NAAO Mission

Quote:National Action Against Obesity is a non-partisan, all-volunteer advocacy group dedicated to reversing the obesity crisis by eliminating disease- and obesity-accelerators from the food supply; barring junk food from child care centers, preschools, and schools; and eradicating Secondhand Obesity™ (obesity handed down from one generation to the next, as well as from citizen to citizen); while encouraging exercise across all ages. Success relies upon wholly re-imagining what the U.S. population considers “normal” food consumption and “normal” exercise. When the majority is overweight, America cannot be normal.

If you think it is just weight problems just take a look at this headline.

Second Annual Wedding Gown Challenge: "Women Should Fit Into Their Wedding Gowns Year After Year," Says MeMe Roth--

Quote:"Women commit fraud on their wedding days -- they weigh-in for the walk down the aisle with no expectation of maintaining that weight year after year," said anti-obesity advocate, MeMe Roth.

She is logical, but isn't great at shutting down opposing arguments which tend to be emotional. She need Dr. Phil to white knight her on that one video, and got quite worked up with that soft spoken fatty in the other. You probably need to troll with a smirk to get them riled up.

But wb.

In the first video the "plus sized" model (the host calls her a "supermodel" Laugh) gets schooled by Meme. She's also obese and incredibly manly. Ughhh.

The skinny woman is actually pretty good but unfortunately has a bit of vocal fry. I guess you just can't win with American women these days!

It's surreal that Fox is letting this type of overweight woman on the show to advocate for fat/obese "role models" for children on cartoons (let alone calling her a model). Being fat is unhealthy, unwise and unattractive. There really is no way around those facts.

Why are women (and only women) allowed to continue on with this "fat is beautiful" and "you need to accept me no matter what size/shape I am" garbage? I don't see any men's groups telling men "it's ok to be fat" and "learn to love your shape" so why the double standards?

I remember this woman from an episode of 'Penn & Teller: Bullshit!'

I'm all for shaming fatties, but a large part of her argument seemed to consist of the brain-addled liberal refrain of "big business like McDonald's is forcing innocent helpless poor people to become fat, we need more taxes on them".

I'm broke as fuck, live near plenty of fast food joints, and you know how often I eat at at them? Maybe 3 times a year.

You don't fix stupid by deflecting responsibility and making the government bigger.
