The concept of male thirst has been mentioned countless times on this forum, especially given the ocean of thirst encountered in the West these days, especially in the Anglosphere nations, that I thought it might be interesting from the point of view of the would-be traveller to have an idea of this prior to visiting a particular country. If a way to measure this thirst could be agreed upon on RVF and elsewhere, it might form a useful tool to evaluate whether a particular country was worth visiting from the point of view of gaming the women there.

I'd like to suggest a metric on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being thirstiest, 10 the least), similar to the HB scale to rate the hotness of women, that seeks to accurately capture the thirst of the male population in any particular country. Similar to the way currency pairs are valued, such as EUR/USD, it would be a wholly relative measure reflecting the amount of thirst in that country relative to all others in the list.

Any thoughts on which countries should receive which scores?

I like the idea but isn't there already a metric on swooptheworld which measures the easiness of a country on a 1-5 scale?

If enough data is put forward one of the thirstiest countries will be India. Some of my house mates are from there (professionals) and were told me two things. If a girl cries rape the guy will go to jail with no bail and if you are banging a girl for one year or more you must get married. These things must add to the levels of thirst.

You scale could also be an alpha/beta perception on individual countries too. I think thirst quite possibly correlates with betaness as well various other social constraints that also play a factor.

For data for your thread I'll place the countries I have visited as an adult.

Reason for scoring. There is a lot of thirsty males around but you go to any bar there is also tons of 'lads' who seem to be doing okay with girls. I have never witnessed any catcall type behaviour and very rarely notice desperate behaviour in real interactions. However a lot of thirst is apparent online. One example comes to mind I saw on FB where a guy is dating a single mother and decides to cook a meal. Really proud of himself he posts a photograph of a table for two with candles, flowers etc. One commenter comments "this guy has game" 2-3 days later he is no longer dating the single mum. I don't see this type of stuff very often. Most common one I see is the average girl with good editing of photo's with 100+ likes.

Anyone else have any thoughts with regarding to UK and Ireland?

In Australia it depends who you are. Top 1% could be a 10. The other 99% could be anywhere from a 4 to Turkish Levels [AKA 1 - That has to be the thirstiest country I've ever been. Antalya. Never again].

In my opinion Italian guys are the thirstiest. They always seem to hunt in packs, never on their own, and always seem to be over aggressive and sleazy when making an approach. They've also pretty much single handedly destroyed former pussy paradises across Eastern Europe.

- Russia.
- Thailand.

So since 10 indicates no thirst from the guys, I stand by my rating of 8. Local guys barely need to try...all they have to do is go out and they get eye fucked left and right. Ditto for tourist guys.

Italians are bad enough. First generation Italian Australians are your worst nightmare. Worst thing is they're usually good looking and take all the hot wog girls.

Arabs also add to the overall thirsty nature of Australia, and I'm not talking about the losers who just sit back and wolf whistle at girls. I'm talking about the sleazy approach machines from Iraq, Iran etc that will hit on anything that moves.

The frustrating part is there's a huge niche for these attitudes here. A lot of girls (obviously not as classy or sophisticated as their European counterparts) are retarded enough to mistake pure arrogance for confidence/game and like loud, aggressive guys so end up fucking them.

It is generally a culture that judges you on your "talkability" but not all of them have game, the threads on this site that reference brothels/sex clubs/prostitutes have thousands of comments: xxx.gnoccatravels.com/ (replace x with w). One of them at the bottom of the 1st page regarding (I believe) an Austrian brothel has 13k comments.

So they do in fact have game, it's not their fault Australian girls favor their type of game.

Interesting concept Feldeinsamkeit. Thirst does somewhat coincide to a certain extent with the quality/quantity of birds in a country.

"I'd like to suggest a metric on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being thirstiest, 10 the least)" - I do understand that but I think it's more straight-forward, intuitive and simple for the the more thirsty = higher score, and the less thirsty = lower score. Everyone recognises thirst as a negative aspect, so if a place is more thirsty than it should have a higher score on the thirstometer.

Yes, it does seem to correspond with several other metrics, such as Roosh's Busted Dudes Test, the Eye Contact Test, et.c. and is designed to be another way of measuring the SMP for men in that particular locality.

As for your suggestion, I've followed Roosh in his Busted Dudes Test scale for the sake of continuity, in that the lower the number, the poorer a market it is for guys there.

The Italians are bad but let's not let the incredibly thirsty whoring Turks or Arabs off the hook. They even cat call and whistle at women here and generally have horrible game. As in "hey girl you got a man" kinda game many times. The Arabs are also a real detriment given how they throw money around.

Poland 7-9 depending if you are a local or foreigner.
During summer time, it is mostly 2-3 in touristic cities with all tourists coming; hunting is a bit more difficult. Then, from October it becomes normal again.
