Where is everybody spending the 31st december?

I was one time in Ukraine but it was pretty dead, due to being mostly a family thing.

One other time was in NC and I had a great time.

By far the best NYE party I ever attended was Koh Phangan, in Thailand. It's where they usually hold the full moon parties, but it's turnt up 10x for NYE. As for 2016, I'm gonna be in Hawaii, so we'll see how that goes..

i was seriously thinking to hit for SE Europe bouncing between kiev and spb but i've changed plans due to the exact reason you've mentioned " dull and boring vibe as most of people will be partying inside i guess" and it will be damn cold anyway
so i think I'll be heading for hk or Thailand really want to visit koh phi phi and phanghan and attend one of those FMP specially at the new year eve i think would be something new
