Police arrested a man at a North Carolina community college early Monday morning, authorities said. 20-year-old Kenneth Stancil III confessed to shooting and killing Ron Lane at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, North Carolina, on Monday.

"I just want you to know, I ridded one less (expletive) child molester from the (expletive) earth that (expletive) with my little brother. All right? That's all I got to say," Stancil told the judge. “I don’t give a (expletive) how much time they give me. Doing time is the easy (expletive) part, know what I’m saying?”

Officials said Stancil rode his motorcycle from North Carolina to South Carolina, where it broke down, and then hitchhiked the rest of the way to Daytona Beach. Officers said Stancil made comments indicating that he knew there was a warrant out for his arrest, and said he confessed to killing Lane.

"That's a scary thing, and fortunately nobody was hurt, and our officers did a great job, and they were able to apprehend the subject without any problems," said Tammy Marris, of the Volusia Beach Safety Ocean Rescue.



That is her. I wonder how 'Tammy' would feel if it had been her little brother taking it up the ass by some child molester.

Back in the days the cops would have checked his story and then simply let him go. Today a man taking revenge for the ass raping of his little brother is facing prison time. Fucking depressing and a sign of how screwed up things have become. I am not a anarchist but there are times when you need to consider extenuating circumstances.

I've said it before and I say it again - I love Texans. They are a pain in the ass on climate change but on the criminal justice front they are usually spot on.

As much as I'm sure that the guy deserved to be killed, it's a slippery slope to condone revenge killings. I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there who would jump at the chance to kill a man falsely accused of raping a woman if they knew they would get away with it. As flawed as the courts may be, it's better than vigilante justice in most cases.

Intellectually I would agree with you. On the other hand there is a thing to be said about the deterrent via the wrath of a person's family. I wonder how many molesters would think twice before touching a kid if they knew that his brother may be hunting his ass down (and legally get away with it).

Yes, he looks like a white supremacist asshole but I can't help but respect him for having to have the balls to take care of business, well knowing the consequences. Isn't that exactly the type of mindset we are so sorely missing in Europe these days? I wonder how many immigrants would dare touch a German or French women if they knew that her family would be ready to come after him.

One might note that in most of these sorts of revenge cases the judge is not fucking stupid. It's fun to watch the logical and intellectual high kicks and backflips the judge puts himself through to excuse one guy for killing where the evidence is clear, but the result matters more, and it's invariably a suspended sentence or a slap on the wrist (or a flat-out not guilty when the jury comes back). I haven't yet seen one of these "father's revenge" cases where the victim was seriously thought to be innocent - as distinct from false rape accusations.

Yea there is no possible way a guy with his face, head and neck covered in tattoos would lie about his reason for committing a crime. If he says that the guy he killed had molested his little brother, the cops should definitely take him at his word and let him go. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that people with neck tattoos are almost always law-abiding, trustworthy citizens.

Texas is amazing. I live in California but have some family members in Texas and they rave about the beaches, low cost of living, nature, and interesting cities. My mother tells me that if we had moved to Texas when we immigrated to America, we would be 5x more well off than how we are in CA. Will be eyeing Texas in the future when it comes to settling down.
