Anybody with HR tips for profiling the right kind of girl for some "fun" at work
and being discrete about the profiling? And how does one find the right balance between keeping one on a leesh so they don't get greedy or lazy?

I'm willing to bet no matter how well you profile, after the third fuck she'll get greedy and try to get something out of it.

If it comes down to your word against hers in court, chances are you'll get absolutely railroaded.

Having this as your second post is not as bad as your question. But yes, a possible banning may be more tolerable than the financial and emotional ass raping in court you may risk.

My recommendation : don't!

Managing a man will be much easier than managing a woman (most men can work longer hours, are more emotionally stable, don't gossip around, don't take maternity leaves). Hiring a competent man will make your life easier, which will give you more time to date outside the workplace.

But if you chose not to follow my advice, here are some tips to recruit a cute/fun girl:
-adjust your job description so it will be more attractive to women than men
-if you can hire a junior candidate, post your job in universities/colleges, so you will get younger/cuter girls to apply
-when you receive the CVs, go on social medias to look at the girl's pictures, and try to see what her hobbies are (Facebook, LinkedIn)
-go to a career fair, take all the CVs, but just call back the hot girls. Just give your business card to the pretty ones.
-when doing the interview, try to crack a few jokes to see how she reacts, how fun she is (but always remain professional)

Terrible idea, but if really want to do it why not try this:

Call an escort service, out call stripper etc and tell them that you'd like them to come to your office, pretend to be an employee and flirt for a few hours a day. If you can't afford a few hours a day tell them to wear a fake UPS outfit with their tits hanging out and come by and fake packages off a few days a week.



I'm assuming you want to do this as some sort of morale booster for your employees. If its purely for your own entertainment/banging purposes...you've lost your mind.

Why you would actually want to hire a 'fun' girl to work in an actual position in your business is beyond me. "Fun" girls are also usually unproductive girls and you're just hiring a shitty hooker that can sue you for sexual harassment.
