So, I noticed that you guys mention using the NAC supplement, but quick research showed me it helping to take it before drinking to prevent hangovers. What if I don't drink though, or don't drink as often?

Can I still take it every day for it's other benefits? If so, what has it done for your life and what brand do you recommend? Thanks.
