I realized my protein powder uses a soy based Lecithin.

I hate all things soy. Seeing as I have 3/4th of the container still full, is this bad for me?

For the record, I only use 1 scoop of power in a shake combined with milk, frozen berries, and a half scoop of fiber.

It's a small amount so I don't worry about it. It's just there as a emulsifier to help it mix with water.

Look for other options, but yeah as Rex said, it's not the main source of protein and it's only used in small amounts.

Less soy anything is better, but don't worry too much about it.
