Normally I wouldn't share a feminist troll job, but there's some unintentional humor there.

So are they basicly admitting that minority quotas, dragging minorities into every board and group is another way of human explotation and human trafficing?

The joke is that most organizations already do this.

In most companies, for instance, human resources is where you give make-work to under-represented minorities (thus lumping Asians with Whites, because ... yellow or brown privilege?).

What SJWs don't like is that everyone's already in on the joke. But instead of switching to arguing for meritocracy, which would actually help the perception of under-represented minorities (ie, I got here because I worked hard, not because I was black, or even in spite of it), the SJWs, like they always do, double down on their ideology.

Rent-a-minority is a real thing, at least in the US. Minorities have a whole bevy of special privileges when it comes to federally backed small business loans and preferences on bidding for government contracts. In some cases, the only way to survive as a white entrepreneur is to put your business behind a minority owner so that you can compete on an even playing field. It's fucking outrageous, but it's the truth. Woo white privilege!
