He was fired for sexual harassment for hitting on a woman outside of work that didn't even work for the University he worked at.

She got fired from her job for poor performance and blamed it on him not helping her after he rejected her advances hmmm...

I don't see how any of this is sexual harassment or grounds for getting fired from a job...

Bad game for sure but she blamed his bad game for getting her fired, and if she was any legitimate media why was she claiming that an assistant coach was the only way for her to get info about the team ???

Not a very smart move. Have you ever heard the saying "Don't $h1t where you eat?". He used his position at Cal to his advantage and made things difficult for this young woman costing her her position. Not cool and unethical.
