I'm in mid 30s and quite often I feel low on libido. (This may be a result of my insomnia problem.) Catuaba is a Brazilian herb that works as an aphrodisiac. It's not well known and I found out about it quite accidentally.You can get it on Amazon. For me it works very well and gives me back that burning horniness and "sexual fortitude" that I had when I was younger.

Not to knock your suggestion, but getting a good night's sleep may be the single best thing you could do to improve your libido. Supplementing to counteract a lack of sleep is like pushing your car instead of figuring out where to buy gasoline.

Well, "may be" and also there are people who get a good night's sleep but still have low libido for whom this may be helpful.

I couldn’t find a thread on aphrodisiac foods but I’ll put this here.

Yesterday I bought some prickly pear cactus fruit (tunas in Spanish) and I ate 4, I had wood for 12 hours all night in my sleep and in the morning. Then I read how it is really good for your circulation. This could be a natural viagra, I’m going to be buying a lot of these as the season for them is now and going to eat them before I meet a girl, anyone else has any foods like this which are good for you?

duedue can you provide a little bit more information on this, ie: how much did you take, how long before it took effect, what brand works well for you, and if you know anybody else personally that uses this to good effect.

What does it do? Spike T count or just loosen up the blood vessels down there?
