Lurker making a first post but I've just come across this and it's enraged me:

I guess this is the first time I've seen such a conversation and complete lack of care/empathy from her is astounding, from everything he said it came close to ruining his life, caused problems with family members and all this girl cares about is her relationship with her current BF rather than telling everyone she made it up?!

The justifications she makes about how she handled the situation correctly status believing that reporting a status to Facebook or telling people to stop commenting on a status will suffice rather than telling the truth just enrages me further.

Yeah, I just noticed this also. It was actually the top gallery on Imgur, showing that these hoaxes are being exposed and, I hope, that "listen and believe" culture is ending. That whole message was yet more proof that everything this community says about these things is true.

I've never had to deal with such dark accusations, but if that ever happened to me I would have said this, "It didn't happen and if it did she would have gone and filed a report with the police."

Unfortunately, this is the world we live in, where people (mostly men) are guilty until proven innocent. That man will have this linger with him the rest of his life. He will continue to face backlash and hate from her friends and others because they will WANT to still believe that those events transpired. The world is full of sheep that dedicate their lives to following, with no intention or cognitive ability to deviate from their chosen path.

Those people are a disease that need to avoided like the plague. They will only bring you down into their mess of problems and skewed ideals.

It's with the proliferation of social media and the internet in general that has given rise to the accusation of "rape" as a political weapon and an explosive act of vengeance. This weapon is encouraged by the coddling and patronising of women who, because they are always treated so credulously, see an accusation of this sort as not only an act of vengeance, but an easy way to feed their insatiable and primal desire for victimhood and drama.

At least in this case social media is being used to expose the lie. Without the ability to take screen shots and post them to imgur, this would just be another he said she said.

Seems to be from the UK, I found the guy on FB using the info from that imgur profile.

He is still getting hate from some of these girls friends, calling him disgusting due to his reveal, how deep does the delusion go with these girls!

I agree with griffinmill about how much power social media has given to these accusations, the ability to spread among friends and acquaintances within hours and the inability to defend yourself. Pretty much why I don't use Facebook for anything but a close group of friends and even then it's just pictures of me traveling! Not to mention how it was used against Roosh - although seeing all those articles is what reminded me about this site and drove me to research further, learn things and practice them.

Years ago when I was a younger more naive murderous Soviet despot, I was dating a girl for several years who pulled the "I was raped" card to try to get herself out of trouble when one of her co-workers ratted her out to me for cheating.

I was a fag so I believed her. It's fucked up how indiscriminately women will throw around the R word to get their way. It's the quickest, easiest way for a women to get completely unfounded and unsubstantiated entitlement and special treatment for their alleged victimhood.

Had sex you didn't like? Raped.
Got drunk and has sex? Raped.
Had sex and regretted it later on? Raped.
Cheated on your BF/husband and he found out? Raped.
Catcalled? Raped.
Man walked by you? Raped.
Born with a vagina? Raped.
Born with a dick but "sexually identify" as a person with a vagina? Raped.

THAT is the definition of "rape culture." A culture where rape is obsessed over, talked about ad nauseam, and nebulously redefined over and over to the point where the word and concept itself has virtually no meaning at all. It becomes just a social symbolism, a metaphor, a vague and almost meaningless word you use to broadly describe an event, factitious or fictional, to gain a means to an end. "Rape" has become nothing more than a buzzword.

Part of the problem is that the definitions of sexual assault and rape have been so bastardised that the woman can retroactively redefine what happened to her - and she'll be right.

I find it very telling that Georgia was actually arrogant enough to send him a friend request and thought that she could just "get rid" of it by simply adding him as a friend on Facebook. She made it so easy for him. I hope they all make it this easy.

In a way it's great that she's made it so easy for him. On the other hand it's pretty terrifying; she would know that writing this would potentially expose her, and she doesn't seem overly bothered other than it would piss off her boyfriend. In other words, unless she's literally simple she doesn't think this is a big deal one way or the other, like it's an argument in the past that's under the bridge now. I.e. women trivialise rape as just another tactic in an argument. An interesting, if worrying, look into the dark side of the female psyche.

I stopped believing rape accusations a long time ago. The notion that we should believe the accuser because "She'd never lie" is laughable at best. The good news is more and more people are starting to not believe women when they accuse a guy of rape. Hopefully things like this only cause the tide to change faster.

I remember, around 6 months ago, I commented on something regarding rape in my local TV station's Facebook page, and I got a horde of feminists after me, saying the usual bullshit, "we have to believe her". The article got taken down due to extreme flaming in the comments, but the 2 best comments I saw were:

"If a girl feels like she got raped, then she got raped!"
"You don't need to touch a girl to rape her!"

What's interesting is that certain parts of 4chan, imgur, reddit, facebook, and twitter have all begun exposing these women for their lies. It was not long ago that the men received no support or were openly mocked for claiming a women falsely accused them. Now they have thousands of faceless internet users rallying behind them. We're turning the tide.

It's a movement folks.

Am I the only one who thinks that perhaps she's not that into Luke, and added to him as a friend so she could work her way back into his life?

He should have beta'd up just enough to get her to say the actual words "you never raped me." He should have said he wouldn't show anyone but that he needs to hear her explicitly state that he never raped her. Then at the end say "btw bitch, I'm showing this to everyone, and Luke is first." Obviously I'll give him a pass on it due to the seriousness of the situation
