I have been hearing good things about Black seed oil but have never used it yet. Has anyone tried it?

Yes i have taken it before. It has tons of health benefits, antibacterial, antiviral, antihelminthic. It's been used anciently for a variety of causes. Personally, I have noticed it tends to help when you have a bad cough. The only thing though is it can cause acidity if you are prone to acid reflux and sometimes possible GI discomfort. If so it's best to take a smaller dose.

What are you hoping to treat/achieve by taking it? That would seem an important point.

Consuming a substance you most likely don't need because you heard good things is not the best idea, in my opinion.

That is an excellent point. Nothing ails me right now that I know of. I am just experimenting with different health products. So far I have begun using coconut oil, apple cider vinegar flax seed etc with good results. Looking to keeping adding to the list. can black seed oil not be used for general health?
