We all know that Western doctors are nothing more than sales men for the drug companies.

90% of health problems can be fixed with correct diet and a healthy lifestyle, exercise and a good night of sleep where the "elite," has brainwashed people to believe they need to take pills daily (bandaids) to get healthy again.

Anyhow, has anyone tried an Eastern "herbal" doctor before? I went to see one today for the first time and he was really good regarding food and changing my lifestyle for the better.

I swear by acupuncture, but it has to be by the right people. Found a good one and it made all the difference. Used herbal medicines once in a while but never saw a practitioner, only medicine shops in Asia.

95% of it is bullocks. Of course, there are a few remedies mixed in that have a proven history of working, but it is mostly witchcraft.

I also don't believe in taking whatever pills a Western doctor hands me unless I understand what I'm putting in my body.

OP your perspective is amusing because in Asia doctors will prescribe you 20 different pills and 10 herbal medicines if you just have a common cold. If anything it's them that are shameless salesmen since unlike in the West they sell you the stuff straight in the office.
