It'd be amusing if someone like conservative activist James O'Keefe would dress up like a trannie and hang out in the ESPN bathrooms. Odds are, he'd be escorted out of the building immediately, exposing them as the phonies they undoubtedly are.

Their kids are also likely all in private schools. Maybe O'Keefe can show up at their field hockey games in an evening gown. Someone needs to do things like this. If people are going to enforce acceptance of trannies, they need to be the ones dealing with them.

Worse yet he didn't even make a comment himself, he just shared an image on his Facebook.

Apparently sharing the wrong image on FB is all it takes for the thought police to go after your job.

Hopefully this will bounce back on ESPN, and maybe they'll even rehire him. There have been enough incidents in recent years which backfired, such as the Chick Fil A incident, the Duck Dynasty incident, that I think the average American is definitely getting fed up with political correctness.

ESPN signed Mike Ditka in March to a 2 year deal with a "reduced role," being replaced by Hasselbeck. This coming days after his criticism of Obama.

Like Schilling, did ESPN shit on Ditka for not toeing the party line and reduce his role within the network?

Honestly, Schilling has said and done a lot of dumb things on Twitter so he probably had it coming. At the end of the day, he's supposed to talk about BASEBALL. No one gives a rat's ass about his opinion on political or social issues, and he picked the wrong social issue to take a stand on and get fired as a result. As far as I'm concerned, he should have seen it coming so it's his fault.

Also, he's not rich, it's been well-publicized that he lost a lot of money in business ventures after his career. He's close to bankrupt if not bankrupt as far as I know.

I wish the guy luck though. He survived cancer and that's something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy..He was also a clutch pitcher and will go down as a legend for the bloody sock performance with the Red Sox.

He's been fired, time to for the ritual display of the corpse! Here's a wrongthinker, if you wrongthink, we'll get you too! I love that his views are "radicalized" - seems the MSM is quicker to use that on a conservative than a jihadi terrorist. Typical SJW tactics. I wonder if there will be any more coordinated articles smearing him. I didn't see any on a quick search this morning but won't be surprised when they show up.

I was surprised when this went down - I didn't realize he was still with ESPN. Given his political views I thought he had already been sacked/quit from there.

I think I can speak for all Red Sox fans and say Schilling will never be forgotten.
