I live in a relatively small metropolitan area (500,000- 1,000,000 population), and I have been in and out of game for the past year primarily using it in college and during the summer in this same area. However, I graduate from college, and I am fully vested in the real world now living independently, and one of my new found goals is to become a successful residential Real Estate agent. However, I am concerned that if I am pumping and dumping girls around town word would get around, and nobody would do business with me. Has game isolated you from your community in any way? Can I still be successful in Real Estate while using game?

Perhaps, fine tune your game so women wont feel "pumped and dumped"?

I dont know, I heard women dont actually like sex and you have to trick them into sleeping with you...

I live in a town of 60,000 people, and game has only helped build my reputation by getting me more involved in various social circles I wouldn't have been in otherwise.

Game is like any other social hobby. The more you do it, the more people you run into and the more connections you make. Not just girls, either. Plenty of times going out I've ran into guys who I felt a certain sense of camaraderie with just because we were both trying to open the same set of girls, or I met cool guys through the girls I was banging.

Your concern is if having lots of sex will embitter lots of people towards you. There's three reasons why it won't:

1) Contrary to what Germanico said, girls like sex (I think he was joking anyway). Girls go out, dress slutty, exaggerate their sluttiness, and watch movies like Magic Mike and Bad Mom because they like sex, and in this day and age especially, they love a lifestyle of casual sex that's "just like the dudes in dudeland!" Lots of these girls you have ONS with will only want you for that, but by the magical powers of sex, she'll feel a special bond with you she doesn't really want to or know she will have. That's why old fuck buddies can be used as great resources in terms of social capital. They just like you. And of course they did—you banged them.

2) The ones who hate you for getting in their pants only spread bad word of mouth in a good way. If you get a reputation as a guy who just casually bangs out girls, it's a kind of pre-selection. A-Rod has a reputation like that as well, but he bangs out a laundry list of celebrities still. And they love him. In your specific case, it may even hell you in real estate, because logically, if people know you can convince all these girls to absorb your dick, surely you're a good negotiator.

3) It's something you have control over. Guys in small communities don't get this. The smaller the community, the more direct impact any individual has on the general narrative. As a womanizing man, you come in contact with a large portion of the community, and by the power of your dick, you can control this part of the community. You do this by making your intentions known up-front with girls, friendzoning girls after you're ready to move on, being kinder/more "beta" to the ones you aren't banging to keep up a connection and positive relations with (which shockingly isn't hard to do once you've fucked a girl), and go ghost sparingly (when you do, make sure your reasons are known beforehand). Donald Trump is a womanizer, and all his ex's love him. Why? Because he knows how to control the interaction and the overall narrative. It's harder to do with good girls and virgins, but lucky for you there's fewer and fewer of those out there.

So, I think you shouldn't stop gaming because you're worried about your reputation. I think you are obligated to game because of your reputation.
