I read a featured article on ROK awhile ago today and it really made sense to me, in regards to letting go of shit that makes you angry.

Anger, self pity and resentment are some really big things I have to address in my life.

This is not anything that I have never heard of or not read before. But I am finally ready to delve head first into this. Everything this article touches on, I am guilty of.

But hey, I admit it. Hope other people get some use out of it too.

Our Society uses anger for false direction. Appeal to Emotion is the most overused logical fallacy today. Its easy to piss off everyone as a group simply because a goal of misdirection must be achieved. All one needs to do is look at Black Lives Matter or "a 70 year old nun's biggest healthcare needs is abortion".

It can take a while to move along. Some use faith, others use meditation. I personally like philosophy. I believe that list could be twice as long but it is good advice and you will be a better man for it.

If we're honest, we do have to admit that it's somewhat ironic that RoK has such an article, given some of its other articles.

That being said, we also know why it has those other articles. They drive clicks.
