Hey brothers.
I recently picked up a Brazilian girl in U.S who is a 9. We went on the first date and everything went smoothly, even though she made an excuse not to drink, She was super affectionate and non pretentious throughout the date. By the end it, we were making out and there was major groping going on. But since she implied that " Right guy would wait a bit for me " blah blah, I didn't force a bang which was fine.

However, I think I came on a little too interested about the second date and that lead her to playing waiting games in terms of texting. She made me wait 6 hours, after my initial greeting today. I don't mind waiting at all, but I don't want to overdo it and create a pissing contest either. I was thinking of responding fashionably late, like around 4 hours with a less enthusiastic text than her. Thoughts?

Brazilian women are a different breed. The rules of American women don't apply.
She probably lost interest in you the moment you gave up and stopped trying to fuck her.

The exception is if she has been in America for a while and has become accustomed to American men.

This is the difference between two modern day Americans speaking and two Brazilians speaking:

Americans:
Man: I want to fuck you.
Woman: It's too soon.
Man: I understand, we can wait until the time is right. Do you want another cocktail?
Woman: Yes, thank you.

Brazilians:
Man: I'm going to fuck you.
Woman: No we're not.

Yeah, sorry, I knew this is gonna come up. But no, she is been living here a while ( 4 - 5 years ) If she wasn't interested, she wouldn't say things like...we make a great couple or she had a great night right after she got home or that we should do it again etc. Plus the fact that she didn't drink at all points to the fact that she was determined to keep her legs closed.

Linux is right. There is a special balance of aggression and affection you need with Brazilian women.
They can shit test like crazy. If you think 6 hours is a long time then you are outcome dependent.
Saying you make a great couple and that she had a great night means nothing.
Something tells me she isn't interested but wants you as an orbiter.
I'd invite her out with a group of my friends. Get a few couples together. Brazilians are very social and can feel uncomfortable one on one. Be chill all night. Then assume the sale at the end of the night and go for it.

Are you only going to accept things you want to hear? Or are you open to actual advice? Linux and TornadoByProxy are correct in my opinion. You made assumptions about what she wanted, based on what she told you. By doing so you lowered your value and she lost interest.

I've experienced this enough to know; if you tone down on the sexual advances, you'll lose her interest. Be aggressive, always, until you get a hard no... or three.
