I'm looking for a service where I:
- can register a US mailing address for both packages and mail
- that will hold my packages indefinitely and will ship them wherever I want
- can make pictures of letters that are received

Especially the indefinite storage is important. I've searched, but haven't found it yet. Who knows?

I know of many mail forwarders, and ones that scan and email the letter, but I think they all require you to have your packages forwarded within X amount of time. If you think about it, it makes sense that a company wouldn't want to be in indefinite possession of someones package.

If you scroll down the following web page there's a list of mail forwarders, I've used a few of them, see if there's any on the list you haven't checked out yet.

How long are you wanting them to hold packages in general? That would help narrow it down

Probably indefinitely, or at least for a year. I can always mail it back and forth, but it's a hassle of course.
