The West needs to follow the eagle's lead. Embrace the need to act, then do what is needed to cleanse yourself from what is dragging you down and may kill you if ignored. Chop off your old beak... pluck out those old feathers... then prepare for the rebirth.

I like the message but I'm pretty sure that eagles don't bash off their beaks in order to grow new ones. How would the eagle eat during that 5-month period?

Also, I'm pretty sure eagles don't pluck their own feathers.

While I don't really trust snopes about politics(they say that the muslim clock boy who went to the white house is a legit inventor), I do trust them not to screw up email hoaxes and old wives' tails.

They go on a vegan cleanse for 5 months, eating quinoa and other gluten-free whole grain, and kale. Lots of Kale.
