Tantan (chinese) on google play?

Tantan (chinese) on google play?
Hey guys,

Just a quick question - I'm trying to download the app "Tantan" which is the equivalent of tinder in China on google play (android) but it doesn't find it for some reason. Tried tantan and tan tan.
Did it happen to anybody here?

I downloaded it but then the app says "sorry your app is too old please update to continue using tantan"
Does it mean that this version of tantan is too old?
