What a shit show - he got released by the police then made that fucking video ?

Too bad SBRs are such a pain in the ass to have legally, AK "pistols" are pretty damn unwieldy. I'd only want something like that if it had a collapsible/folding stock.

In the video the dude made, he suggested he had his own supply of drugs, which is not smart. Whether it's legal or not at a state level, the feds do not like gun owners who use weed.

Indeed they are, but super fun to shoot, a few gents I know have 80% AR Pistols like these.



Definitely hard to keep on target with no stock, I've had a chance to shoot SBR's and man those are kick ass.

East side of Atlanta just off I-20. I have a good friend who used to live near that area. Anytime I picked him up, you bet your ass I had one in the chamber.

As an aside, I once stupidly stopped for gas one night near that part of town. As soon as I stepped out, some country bumpkin white guy who was at the pump in front of me approached. He gave me the typical sob story about traveling cross country and having no money (his wife was sitting in the passenger seat), and asked if I could swipe my card at his pump to pay for his gas. As he was talking to me, I saw a black dude pull his car parallel to mine, but about 5-6 feet away. In one split second, I saw the country bumpkin and the black dude--two people who normally wouldn't have anything to do with one another--make eye contact. I saw a bit of nervousness in the country bumpkin's demeanor. The wife was also casually glancing around, and she even made eye contact with the black dude. It was then that I knew they were working in tandem and planning to rob/carjack me, and possibly worse.

At that moment, the regret of leaving my Glock in the center console of my car hit me like a brick. But at least I hadn't swiped my card and started pumping gas myself. I just told the guy, "Can't help you," jumped in my car, and peeled the fuck out of that gas station. As I pulled out, I looked in my mirror and saw the country bumpkin and the black dude mouthing something to one another, further confirming my suspicions. That situation served two lessons: 1) Always be aware of your surroundings and 2) Always keep your gun on your hip. It could have saved my life had shit gone south, but not while it was sitting in my car.

Those AK Pistols are so inaccurate, it's just spray and pray with that thing most of the time. They have a fn huge muzzle flash on em too, they are great for scaring someone at close range away like this scenario, but way too shaky at anything past 50 yds. I definitely prefer the AKs with a collapsible stock, like this Hungarian AMD-65 for instance...i'm loving this beauty!

Not surprised by this at all. There has been a shift in the city recently with more guys who would carry illegal firearms going about it the right way and actually getting a permit. Case and point the guy in the above video. Don't let these southern accents and thug like demeanors fool you, a lot of these so called street dudes got smart and realized with their secretely clean record, they could go about "thuggin" in the legal way.

If you put aside his sporadic behavior and predilection for ebonics, the guy makes a good point in the second video. He(the driver) simply told the dealer he did not want to buy his weed and the dealer flashed his gun and kept following him. IMO the driver did the right thing. He pulled out his bigger weapon and gave the dealer a chance to back off (When the aggressor put his hands up like he was going to cease and desist). The dealer fired first and got what he deserved.

What's the most sad about all of this is the youth who was sprinting out of the gas station in the middle of the gun battle.

Once my heart rate normalized, I did reflect on the beauty of what had just occurred. If only I hadn't driven away, their work could have reached fruition as I sacrificed myself at the altar of race relations. SJWs of all backgrounds would have been proud.

Along with what DamienCasanova said, I'd rather have a good 18-20 round handgun than an AK/AR pistol if I was in a shootout. They are fun toys, but not if you're trying to actually aim and hit something repeatedly. Though they definitely would accomplish scaring the shit out of someone.

I don't think he was a drug dealer at all. He just used the weed comment as a roost to get near so he could try and rob the shooter. If you're at a gas station at night and someone says," Can I talk to you for a second?", "you got any spare change?", Can I bum a cigarette?" or anything else to try to get close to you, Your Spidey senses should start tingling. It may be innocent, but you should have it in the back of your mind that "Shit is about to go down".

The shooter clearly was not a dealer and this was not over weed. The robber was just trying to get the driver to get his cash out or distract him before robbing him.

I don't know Georgia laws, but I think he would have been justified to shoot first in Texas, Florida, and several other states. He had already flashed his gun and made a threat.

Gotta follow the checklist:

1. Ability

2. Opportunity

3. Intent or Jeopardy

Regular holsters are indeed uncomfortable compared to something like this, which still lets me even use something like a Muay Thai style kick (without the gun flying out or pinching my skin) if there is no need for deadly force. I got mine with two magazine holders on the other side and I put a knife in one and a extra magazine in the other. It's so nice I bought my wife one. I can even wear gym clothes and I even wore it while bike riding under a bike zip up top.

I hope this young man learns his lesson and keeps one on his person next time like Serious Sam now does. It's real out there fellas. You really don't need to be in the hood to get jacked anymore. They will come to you.

When has a dope dealer ever chased someone down for a sale? I never met one like that before and I was surrounded by them growing up. Drugs are one of those things that just sell themselves. If one nods at you and tells you that whatever you need he gotcha, if you just say aiight or I'm good, like the dude says in the video, they leave you the fuck alone. They don't need you calling the police after you leave. No one tries to force anyone to buy dope, that's bad for business and stupid. Most don't even speak to random folk on the street because the buyers know who they are to begin with.

That guy is street himself. That's the oldest trick in the book. I bet that attacker thought the dude was a mark that didn't know any better or would panic if he rolled up on him. That attacker must have been under 25 to be that stupid.

My biggest gripe lately is getting approached by homeless or whatever the fuck they are people wanting money, but they always fucking wait until I am putting my kid's seatbelt on. In that position my back is exposed and I am in a cramped position. I really fucking hate that and I snapped at the last guy to not come up to people like that.

Now I make my wife watch my back as I am doing it.

Last year in my area, some lady putting her 4 kids into her SUV, got approached by an older guy telling her to give up her kids and she ran over to the glove compartment and told him she was going to shoot him and he ran off.

Ridiculous.

There is one gas station/convenience store around my area that pulls in the mendicants. I've had guys in three piece suits try to hit me up for bus change. I've had guys want money for a tire repair kit. I've had guys claim they lost their bus card and can I help them. In all cases I remind them that there is a local ordinance against begging and the cops will be happy to explain it to them.
They usually run off.
