I'm starting a blog, it's going to be badass as hell. What are some good websites where I can buy great looking themes for wordpress? I'm going all out with this and have big plans, so the blog has to look awesome.

Also, is it possible to make it so that dates won't appear before or after a new post?

I'm planning on seriously upgrading and promoting my site once i return home and have a decent glassfiber connection,2 big screens and lots and lots of time.

Now i'm traveling with an 10 inch laptop and the connection is always shitty.

Woothemes are awesome. I'm using some of them for my biz sites. I'm also using the postcard theme and it's awesome. It depends on what kind of site you plan on building, what niche, etc will determine the right/most appropriate theme for your site.

I just created a blog on wordpress. I saw a book on adsense at the store. Does adsense make a blog tacky? Is it worth it? It would be nice to get paid for recommending books and foods on my website.

No it doesn't.... just try to customize the colors and fonts so that it blends in with your website.

Unfortunately I had to take down my adsense (probably a good thing for my readers) because they didn't like the sex content. Don't know any workarounds.

How do you get google and other search engines to recognize your blog exists? I figure if I can get certain tag words to appear on google I should expand my audience significantly.

Your blog was quite funny.
But ,if you can post entries/stories relatively close to your actual experience I think it'll be more popular.As if the reader is going along with you.I know it's difficult when you're on the road.
Hope you find some ways to make some cash and keep going ,as I read your savings are dwindling.

Eh ahum, the key words : around the world in 80 girls. i need people to find me based on those words as mouth to mouth promotion will be big. People who met me will certainly tell others. i can see in my stats on which keywords people end up on my site and there are people looking for these exact words every day.
Its not esy to get on top with the keywords around the world in 80 girls, there were are few other with the same name ( a cabaret show, playboy televison show)
My stories are as real as they get. I sworn to myself to tell no lies on there. if i fuck up ( which i did alot) people will know about it.

My blog is on wordpress.com. The plugin sounds like its based on wordpress.org since it inovles php and database ftp stuff.

Don't know. i just got it of the plug inn page. I hardly use the ftp, don't know how to really use it.
