What do you guys suggest for a opening text to a girl you've just met.
I'm thinking something funny about ladyboys because I told her they keep molesting me.
I would call but she invited me out so I don't want to seem too eager and just give her my number.

I sent her this "Hey its T-Kid, I'll try to make it if the ladyboys don't kidnap me "

Obviously its too late for me to change the text, but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say about it.

Looking back over my texts is almost making me gag now. A sea of lame humour, emoticons and even "haha" after my lame humour.

My opening text is simple.

"Hey it´s YoungArt save my number"

I try to keep it short and my goal is to set up a date asap.
I guess less is more when it comes to texting.
