Since I started doing more and more approaches (around 450 from beginning of this year) and doing noPorn I have noticed a considerable improvement in being present.

It is sort of mental masturbation and is hard to put in words, but I notice people and people notice me.

So I get approached more even when not actively gaming, and in last few months I had 3 instances of unknown women paying for me. Metro rides etc. For example I am looking for a coin and a girl jumps ahead and pays for me.

This never happened to me before and now so often.

Coincidence or result of self improvement. And I am not talking about looks, as it has not greatly changed.

It is not coincidence. There is not scientist results, but after stop to fap, i feel more energetic and more concetrated. You are also doing 450 approaches, it is a really good number of situations you deal with women, You are getting things that make you more attractive for girls.

Even if you don't notice, your posture, voice tone,smile, the way how you interact could improve. One time a phychologist told me: Las chicas saben identificar a un chico lagartija con solo mirarlo, in english can be Girls know to identify a loser, just seeing him.

Definitely no coincidence. The veterans here know what they're talking about, there is no substitute for getting out there and doing the work.

I am very close to completely go into nofap/noporn. I limited myself to one time per week and plan next week to stop completely. I noticed that my concentration on studying has risen and I feel more "present" in the interaction with others. This is no coincidence.

Gotta keep on grinding with the daygame and noPorn.
As I keep getting better, whats next? Girl buying me drinks? Paying for my taxies? Buying me clothes?

On a side note, any of you see much of a difference between fap once a week or not fapping at all ?

My record was 13 days. I'm 19 and the day after a heavy squats day, i just get insanely horny, and i'm not baging anyone on the regular so i spend the whole day unnable to focus

Porn is the real evil. Quit porn for good.
Fapping without porn however is not much harm. Not fapping at all while not fucking anyone is bad. Gotta let the juices flow. Or bang regularly.
Once a week will keep you motivated enough, yet healthy.

P.S. Scary fact. If you don't fap and don't bang your dick will shrink and fall off (last one is a joke)

^ Porn is a stimulator. You can fap well beyond any natural levels.

OP, definitely a result. Women are much more attuned to this stuff, like demeanor, posture, energy levels, attitude etc. It's basically one of their primary sexual roles: detecting strong men and shunning weak ones.
