What's a good self improvement product?
i feel a little lost,weak and unwilling to be in charge of my life
can you reccomend me some good motivating products? books/dvd's etc

its true i have neglet my lifting the last month

what about the book?

It's a book written by a roman emporer who despite having some mental defencies and general anxiety managed to approach and deal with situations in a masculine way succesfully - he writes about his decision making process and gives credit to the people who taught him and made him what he is. Worth the read, it's very short.

Check out the thread's on vitamin D, Zinc, and APC (apple cider vinegar).

But by all means the search engine is your best friend.
It has helped me out tremendously in finding the best posts and threads.
