they say its supperiot to cow's milk but its more expensive,like twice the price
you think it's worth it?

It probably doesn't justify the price when it's nutritional profile isn't much different.

I'm quite surprised at the extremely low protein content of human milk.

I'm sure the quality is the same level if it is not generic mass produced cow milk. Overall the difference is most likely negligible and doesn't justify the increased cost.
