Maybe you're read the recent story about the ex wife who thought it would be clever to mail a CD with nude photos of her husband to his employer and his parents. If not, that's pretty much what happened.



Then she was quickly arrested for stalking (a form of harassment under FL law) one she admitted to cops what she did. How does this benefit us?

Consider the mindset of a pissed off woman you just divorced or are in the process of divorcing - or even just a girlfriend you're dumping. She's not being rational (even less rational than she'd ordinarily be capable of being), and her emotions will get the better of her. In this case, she found a flash drive which happened to contain nude photos of her ex. Without thinking it through, she acted and not only got arrested but put herself all over google in who knows how many image searches and web links. Score one for the guy!

It's important to remember that by all indications, the photos were not overly graphic, did not involve her in the frame and were not used for him to cheat online somewhere. They were just nude pictures of her husband. No indication as to who took them, but if it was her, even better - she knew these to be private and not meant for distribution.

Either way, exposing them to third parties - especially his employer - is bound to cross the line of harassment under many if not most state laws. She got busted, was too stupid to keep her mouth shut when the cops showed up and now not only looks like the nut job she is, she's also given him a HUGE advantage when it comes to divorce proceedings and custody matters.

I'm not going to say it's the right thing to do , but there is nothing illegal about having one or two full frontal naked pictures of yourself on a flash drive. If you later on unfortunately find yourself in the middle of a breakup with a nutso woman who you think would act in a similar manner, this could be a serious booby trap that could work in your favor - doubly so if she took the pictures herself, back when things were a-OK with you two. The beauty of it is these anti-stalking laws were meant to go after guys, making it even sweeter when a crazy woman gets hoisted by their own feminist petard.

SO..... if after the relationship went sour you casually dropped a thumb drive with a few body shots and dic pics someplace where you know she would find it, just sit back and wait - the hamster will not be able to resist exposing what it finds. Document everything, perhaps have some indication of the date or time in the background or in the photo, and watch whatever she does next. It isn't your fault she's too emotional to control herself - set the trap.

One thing, it's increasingly less common to have CD burners so your girl may take a shortcut and email the pictures to someone or print them out and mail them. Just be aware that your nude could wind up going a lot of different places if she does this. On balance though, I'd take the major advantage in divorce court coupled with public humiliation provided by TSG and other sites if it means my dic pics might wind up on some long forgotten server somewhere for eternity. So what?

BTW, this works the other way too - if your girl never took nudes of herself or gave you any during the relationship and then suddenly when things go south you find a few on a thumb drive in the laundry basket, rest assured it was no accident and the black widow is spinning her web - stay vigilant!

Lesson hopefully learned : Don't go around taking nude pictures of yourself. Get a fucking mirror if you love gawping at your nude self so much.

What's the point for nude pics of guys anyway? Guys react on the visual, but girls react on the behavior: Pickup 101. So no nude for you and if she insists, send her a pic in a badass taylored suit with a dominant face, panty wetter garanteed...

Of course it's stupid to have nudes of yourself, but I think some of you guys are missing the point.

This guy probably took the photos himself after he began divorce proceedings, then left them where he knew his unstable, nut-job ex would find them, knowing dammed well what she'd do in a fit of rage.

Thinking she was clever, instead she got hosed. Her facial expression says it all. It takes someone in a custody battle to understand how much of a win something like this is.
