I find that the best thing for my posture are these





and some form of heavy pull, be it weighted chins, deadlifts, swings, or cleans.

As far as I'm concerned, people should spend less time dicking around on their phones, not more.

It looks like a cool app, but what does it encourage?

Every time you slouch, your phone vibrates and you wrestle your phone out of your pocket, only to find that Lumo Lift says you're slouching.

All that other shit you don't need to know, either. Steps taken, distance traveled, or calories burned. What are you going to do with that information? Plug it into myfitnesspal so you can eat an extra slice of cheesecake once a week?

I agree though. If there's a way to monetize this app, yeah it's a great idea to make money off it.

It's a device that clips to your shirt that buzzes when your posture slips. You don't have to fuck around with your phone every time it goes off bro..
