Keep it real simple. Call her and tell her you’re picking her up at X time so you two can hang at your place. Picking her up charges the sexual control over the situation and reduces flaking. Get her back to your place and go for it. Have fun dude!

Since it is already clear, just message. "Hey XXX, I'm free tonight can you come over to mine."

If she is busy, suggest a different day. If she responds playing games just say, "Oh, I thought you wanted to hangout you seemed cool. Was my friend wrong?" If she keeps playing games.. tell her to cut the bullshit and just be direct with her.

This seems pretty straight forward so you would have to be silly to fuck this up.
