A bit about myself. My parents left their country because of the civil war (central america), I was born and raised in Canada. In Canada and my parents country, the majority of latinos are brown or mestizo. I'm a minority in the sense that I was born with caucasian features. I basically have the same features (dirty blonde/brown wavy hair, green eyes) like this guy except I also have facial hair.



I'm the only male in my entire family that has those features, which has always left me feeling different. Did a bit of ancestral research and found out that I have ancestors who emigrated to Cuba from a town in Northern Spain for government work, who then eventually settled in central america in the 1800's. This explains why the families from my mother's dad side were all bourgeoisie.

I grew up knowing nothing about this, and I just went through life feeling very different to everybody. It wasn't until I went to university that I decided to embrace my roots and learn more about latin american culture. I also joined a latin american club with many foreign latin american students. As you know these foreign students come from wealthy families. It's here where I truly began to understand the LA social class system.

Me being white and latino attracts these rich latina girls, but I think its because they think I come from a wealthy family. My paremts were poor and I felt too insecure and intimidated to open myself up to them and make a move. I'm attracted to these type of girls because they tend to have to the same features as I do {its very difficult find white/brunette latinas in Canada) and I'm wondering do I even have a chance with white latinas in central/south america??

You will do worse than in Canada. You are nobody in their social structure. You look like 1/3 of Colombia, 1/4 of Venezuela, 80% of Argentina, etc., so who cares?

Sorry to be harsh but its a harsh world. Better focus on being the kind of man you want to be and accomplishing what you want to build than this slightly, seemingly favorable more European-ish racial mix. Drop it from your mind and move forward.

I also suggest learning game.

What do you mean by do worse? My problem is not attracting, I already get plenty of girls. I just wanted to know how big of a deal is social status with white latinas....

Basically where are my best odds of getting with white latinas, they're rare in Canada.

Well my friend, with those kind of girls you will probably do well at the opening. What about in the long run? Probably not, social circle/status/money are huge factors, unless you have a very good job to pull it off in the long run. In the middle, middle-upper class you will probably do alright and there are a lot of european looking latines there too. What do you need? Standar game will do fine. I am mexican, plane experience talking.

I think you have an advantage but knowing game and knowing Spanish would be bigger advantages.

I also suggest contributing on the forum so that guys from this forum will want to meet you when you travel to Latin America. You can learn game from some of those guys in less than 10% of the time that it would take you to learn the same things from reading about them on the Internet.

White girls on latin america aren't always rich or high class, just look at Brazilian funk videos and you will see a lot of white girls, walking in Bogota you see a lot of beautiful trashy style looking girls with white skin and light eyes. In Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo they are all over the place.

But I think what do you mean, you want the top quality girls who go to expensive schools and dress nice. Well my friend those girls have plenty of options of high class well dressed handsome guys in their own circles, so don't think they are going to get impressed just because you are a white looking latino or a foreigner, but they are not impossible either, they usually met their couples through social circle and are very LTR oriented, but they are also probably the most open minded and worldly, so you just have to approach a lot showing value, looks (race, muscles, style mostly) are important for this girls since they have money already, so you won't see them walking hand on hand with old fat slobs who have money like the hot middle class or low class girls, (unless the fat guy in question is uber rich, as the case of Chapo Guzman with that Mexican model). The easiest way to get them is simply having a social circle and hanging around them, they seeing your face everyday is much more value than most people realize, in those circles hot girls are a dime in a dozen, so you see a lot of really beautiful girls with meh guys just because they work or have classes together.

I personally don't really care about them, a middle or low class girl can be just as hot if your goal is just sex.

Your look is optimal, but at the end of the day money and status beat the "caste system".

"What are my odds of" is the wrong question and is a repudiation of what is called "game." By that I mean being a man and going after what you value in this world actively. I hope that you also find something to go after in life other than a skin color. Once you accomplish it "so what" and "then what?"

If you want to go to Latin America and marry a wealthy latina you should, uhm... Become upper class in your mannerisms. That requires you to, I don't know, play rugby and drink mate (if you are in Argentina), and have a group of upper class male friends. Don't forget, in Latin America it's all about the social group.

I agree with Mensch. I've lived in and traveled to several South American countries for years before moving to Europe and the women can be some of the most spoiled and entitled women on the planet. The machismo style of game means they get harassed a lot on the street, showered with compliments, and pampered with gifts by their lovers. If you aren't aggressive and confident enough to get them in Canada you're going to fall flat with your passive tendencies. Since they get cheated on a ton they are skeptical of men and make them jump through hoops to get in their pants. You have to be shamelessly persistent and most good looking guys from North America are too proud or afraid of sexual harassment charges to do what it takes. The plethora of options, natural bitch shield and passivity that develops is the reason social circle is almost a necessity.

I lived in Argentina, Colombia and Brazil and while there are plenty of attractive upper middle class women in those places I just wasn't all that impressed by their education or personalities. Their English isn't great so you need to be able to woo them over multiple dates in Spanish. While the basics will be enough for a middle class girl especially if you're a good looking gringo, it's going to be a tall order to seduce the really hot upper middle class girls who are used to guys who know how to flirt in their native tongue. A lot of them bring their friends on the first date or two, so if you can't impress them as a group you're not going to go far. The guys that will do best by a large margin are the good looking guys who can run solid game in Spanish.
