The U. S. would be best, but too expensive if you don't get a free ride.

Do you drink? In most of northern Europe you have to drink in order to establish a social circle. People will only be cold and reserved until you get shitfaced together.

The attractiveness factor depends mostly on your taste in women.

Check photo on websites and smartphones apps (photos about nightlife, student life, dating) to check if you find picture of cute women living there.

You can also remotely check the level of thirst and if you are considered attractive to the local woman by using dating website and Tinder.
