Slovenia- never heard of it
Ukraine- no opinion?
Turkey- ohh how exotic I want to go
Croatia- This one is definetely the most popular amongst western females cause of Game of Thrones ( ive heard its shot there)

So my vote is Croatia.

Though if we were to limit this to American, theyd think all those places are equally poor, dangerous and uninteresting (and probably not even know of some of those countries)

Are you talking about western women's percieved status of men from these countries?

With that assumption, my vote went to Croatia. Women here generally have a negative impression of men from Eastern Europe (and as pointed out above, they don't know the difference between these countries - same goes for a lot of men) but Croatian men are maybe percieved neutral at best.
