Here again. I've really been struggeling at game for the past months, and I started a thread here regarding me trying to curb nicotine. Then I found a girl at a bar, went home with her (without even kissing or touching)
Spent the night in the guest room. Next morning she was game for fucking, I didn't do anything. I thought nicotine withdrawal was to blame for my strange feeling.

A little back story.
I had a fuck buddy for over a year. This was a low quality girl, but with an amazing pussy.
I realize now how stupid this was of me. There was zero attraction for me to her, just a convinient place for my dick.
What is going on with me now is that when I'm talking to a girl at the bar/club is, I don't know how to escalate.
I wouldn't even think about this before, It would all be sort of automatic for me. Really feel like I have damaged my head from the fuck buddy thing.
Any advice on how to reset my head back in to hunter mode?

First and foremost - Stop beating yourself up.
You made a mistake, that happens.

It seems that you are out of practice.
Start practicing by approaching 1 girl every day.
It's like riding a bike, you will remember it.

Take the time to do other stuff - work out, be with friends, read and do whatever it is that you like doing (apart from TV/video games/any of that type of shit).

You'll see that it comes back to you.
