Ok, so I have been day gaming for about a 3 weeks; actively looking for girls(going to malls, food stores, restaurants). I have only approached about 30ish girls including workers. I also approach through out the day at my work, which includes traveling around. I start up conversation with random girls on the spot.

approaches: 30(including workers)
numbers: 0(I haven't really asked for any due to; convo fizzles to early)
lays: 0


The first problem is that I can't keep the conversation going, for long. When I can keep the conversation going longer than normal, it just fizzles out and I try to drop bait, but they never bite. I try to keep myself feeling good by saying things that are "out there" when I can't think of things to say, which is my kind of humour. I've had 1-2 girls be receptive, but it ends up fizzling out because I don't know how to continue the conversation. I do get IOI, but I sometimes end up not knowing what to say after initiated the conversation. My default opener, is the pet shop, which has had the worst reactions. The openers I have crafted, seem to work better for me, because I can lead it to illustrating my personality and value. I have yet, thought of a good opener for approaching strangers that leads to my value and personality.

Second problem is that there isn't much places to day-game, at least that I haven't thought about. I currently live by Disneyland in the OC. I try to approach girls on the younger range, college student age. I do get IOI from women that I consider older, but I don't approach them because I'm more intimidated by them. I am 25.

Third problem, I have been working on my inner game for months. I can ways to get myself in a good vibe and talkative. But I still have issues with social anxiety that are more minimum that before. I can still open and try to make a conversation, but I know that the girls feels that I'm not totally confident.


The main point of all this: I want there to be an abundance of females, so I can just keep approaching. The places I've gone to have gotten too little females to work with. At this rate, it will take forever to be proficient. I have a lot of motivation to improve myself, I have been reading material, trying to improve my style, etc. I just at this point, want to keep a conversation going, than actually get a number, because that is my weakness.

Question: If I open a girl at a clothing store, in the female section, and I get rejected or can't keep the conversation going, will the other females in the vicinity, reject or be less receptive to my approach.

In addition, I have tried to be more social and improve my conversational skills by getting part-time jobs in a social environment, but... I have never been successful in being hired as a busser, waiter, host or the various jobs that I would consider ideal. It seems to me that in Orange County, those jobs are hard to come by and the interviewers want someone will previous experienced unless you have an "in", which I don't. I have tried for months end at one point, sending resumes and going physically to interviews after interview. I KNOW THAT I was socially awkward, but I was really hoping they would give me a chance. I am still awkward, but not to the extend to I was a year ago. I figured out an alternative, which was by working as a cook instead(decided to choose it because it was a popular restaurant with a lot of cute girls), which helped my inner game and confidence, but it took many months to get to this point. I did get a lot of IOI, but my game was much worse then and failed at each instance which lead me to quit that job because of un-motivation and frustration.

I'm so badly trying to put myself out there, but I can see myself losing motivation due to not seeing visible progress.

I am constantly looking for ways to try to speed boost my results, but they never pan out as I want them to. For instance, I am currently thinking actually living in a college campus during this coming fall(either a roommate or my own room). Why? In my mind, it would be easier to make friends who live with you because you spend time, even if small talk, which can lead to friendships and meet their friends, etc. In addition, I can be social with my neighbors(usually other college students), join clubs, and open girls in a playful social way(become friends = meet her friends). Am I crazy or does this seem like it could work?

Try getting a book like Day Bang or Nick Krauser's Daygame Nitro or Daygame Mastery and have a framework for how the convo or interaction should go. Later on, also read into bouncing for instadates or next day dates and then bouncing back to yours/hers for the close. A framework means you just have to follow it and know you're on the right track as long as you aren't making any major mistakes.

i have read day bang, bang, and watched RSD Julien's TenGame(from a friend, didn't pay for it). Is Nick's or Daygame Mastery a better? I'm not entirely sure what you mean, by framework, you mean, plan ahead what you going to say? Don't think I'm been anywhere close to being able to get a instadate or even a number yet.

I would recommend Daygame Nitro, haven't got Mastery yet.

By framework I mean you sort of have a rough idea of what to do. So the London(Krauser) Daygame Model for instance is this:



Now that you're confident that you can get from stage to stage if only you know what to do the main thing would be practise. In your case you also really have to work on your conversation skills, I believe Nitro would help but you should try and talk about shit in your life and talk about your observations of her etc. Krauser has good examples.

Also I don't know you so I don't know if you have any other stumbling blocks but those two are the ones I would notice.

You're on the right path. Stop beating yourself up. Everything you are doing are the right things to do. You've got to keep working, that's all. Nothing worth having comes easy.

About your question in the clothing store, stop caring what other people think. Also, you will have a low chance of connecting with girls in the women's section or girls working.

My advice, first, stop thinking so much. Work out, shower, approach, repeat. Stop analyzing everything.

Second, you sound like you would benefit from training in bjj or mma. It would build your confidence and you would make friends who might be able to help you find a good job.

Just keep reading RVF and improving yourself.

OP, I will continue to monitor your progress. You're doing good as a beginner. Vibe is part of your issue. The other part, simply is confidence. Both can be adjusted and improved.

So, here's the question. How is your style and how is your physicality? Do you hit the gym?

Also, post very specific details here about your approaches, including what you said and what she said, her physical reaction and yours. If you would genuinely like our help, this is crucial.

I'm not super skinny, I got some muscles, I can pass as borderline kinda buff. I don't look horrible in a tank top. I mainly work on shoulders, chest, triceps and arms. I actually chose a part-time job that is demanding on the body, to build strength. I feel demotivated going to the gym. My would really wear some kind of joggers, jeans, boots(military boots like diesel boots, i wear tennis shoes but i love boots). Shirts are usually black or white, tank tops(black). I like to put on my hoodie on or a beanie because it emphasizes my facial asthetics. I think my hair styles brings down my facial features. Im letting it grow out. I slick it back and keep the sides short. I have no tattoos, but I might in the future.

Look at those conversations and ask yourself why the girl didn't hook.

Was it

A: You ran out of things to say.
B: You were boring.

I like your advice alot, I was under the impression that your convo was suppose to be boring a indirect according to daybang by roosh. I can see how this type of humour works, cause I do it to when Im not actually hunting for girls. Best advice been given since I joined here. Suprised no one mentioned my convo was boring.

Yes! I actually did wrestling in high school, but quit too early for studying?. I was getting out of my shell due to wrestling, but went back to being a nerd. I had another moment at 21 at a college job that helped me get out of my shell, but that as well went to shit for another reason. So here I am gettinf out of my shell on my own. I will be doing something involving fighting cause I did enjoy it.

Yep the key is to just have fun with it.

It gives her the impression that you really don't care and she'll like that. If you get shot down (and you'll get rejected more than you'll succeed...especially at first) who cares? You're just having fun anyway. Not to mention it will make for a good story later on.

There is a post on here about finding 8s.
I have read and acknowledged Roosh's Bang and Day Bang.
I live in a pretty good city for Traditionalism. Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
At coffee shops during downtown the picking is very slim. Because 8s don't work. Or they do work.

Most girls are just waiting for you to introduce them to your rich friends.
