To make a long story short I got cucked up until about a year ago.

Met a girl I thought was wonderful but missed all the red flags and fell in love with her. She ended up cheating on me with some dudes because I was acting very beta (I realized this after the relationship ended. I wasn't experienced at the time so I fell in love with the first hot girl that approached me basically and did everything for her).

Me and this girl have not spoken for about a year and honestly my sex life has never been better anyway. I have at least 5 plates currently so it's not like I'm not getting my fair share.

What I'm more worried about is my reputation at town. She used to party a lot.

I have a suspicion a lot of guys and girls knew exactly what was going on before I was (alpha fux, beta bux).

Basically I don't want to be viewed as the guy who got cucked...

I'm guessing girls find this repulsive and guys simply lose respect for a man who (at the time) was dating a whore not knowing better. Thoughts on this?

I don't think there is much you can do other than not worry about it and let some time pass so people forget about it.

Most people spend all their free time thinking about themselves, not thinking about other people, so people aren't thinking about this situation nearly as much as you think they are.

Just get new friends and new girls. Your city seems to be big enough to not worry about what other people think. She must have had to bang 100 guys for you to be worried.

I'm very analytical and have gone from zero to pretty good at game so I hope you can trust me and not over-think this. Your analytical nature is a far bigger problem than this situation with your prior girlfriend. Forget about that girl and learn how to not care so much about the bad behavior of some females.

It's already been a year. Any damage that was going to have been done will have been done already and I doubt that "damage" is anything to worry about. Did something embarrassing happen publicly? If not, I think you're just overthinking and there's nothing to worry about... nobody watched you get "cucked" and they wouldn't care anyway.

Nobody gives a shit. As long as you have reformed your ways and don't take shit from the women you are seeing, its all good. Everyone knows a guy whose been cheated on, and if you are truely living the way you say you are it will be apparent that you have learned and are no longer the sucker.

Though the fact that this bothers you so much has me concerned that you have not fully gotten over your beta behaviour.

In the United States, we sometimes refer to this as the "spotlight effect". Something happened to you, and because it all feels important and interesting for you, you believe that other people are paying attention to it, as well.

In truth, everybody else has their own problems to think about and almost nobody cares about this. Cheating is actually a pretty mundane thing. Even the guys who were fucking her stopped thinking about her after they came, and you certainly never mattered to them. Nothing is actually going on here. You have no audience. Everything is fine.
